I had an excellent experience at the Freehold location. We arrived a few minutes before opening and we were greeted immediately by Phil. I needed to activate a new phone and did not want to lose any photos, etc. Tony came to the rescue and he was amazing, patient, funny, and informative. It's pretty typical for an Apple store, which means there are plenty of employees and the place is always completely packed. Packed. I think this says more about Apple as a company overall in the sense that so many people rely on their products, but this location is very typical
