“For the most part I do like Aldi: the prices are good and the cashiers are respectful. I also like that Aldi cares enough about their employees that they have seats at their registers.
One complaint I do have about the Aldi in Freehold is they don't keep track of expired products for sale. The pic of the Scrapple that expired on Nov 13 was taken on Nov 16. That whole box of Scrapple had packages that expired on Nov 13.”
“This place is truly a hidden gem. Everything is always made fresh. The bread is constantly coming out every few mins. The tres leche cakes is perfect not too sweet and moist. Everyone there is really nice. And now they have Raspados in front of the store ❤ .”
“1 of the better convenience stores in that immediate area. They see a variety of ecigs and other smoking paraphernalia.Bitcoin ATMLottery seems to be popular at the location.”
“I happened to see a promotion online for this place, and decided to give it a try. It is a grocery store, and the star of the show is the prepared food section. Generally, no one in the place spoke English, and since I have sadly been unsuccessful in learning Spanish so far, communication was a bit comedic. All in good fun. I eventually got myself a dish comprised of stewed chicken legs with a side of rice and beans for takeout. The food was perfect. Like a home cooked meal. I enjoyed every bite, and I will be back.”
“New store in the freehold area. Was out there collecting food for food banks. We received a whole bunch of donations. The people were very nice very cooperative and very generous.”
“This place is a great find, the food is AMAZING . The employees are also very pleasant and helpful they have Great authentic Mexican food, fried chicken, burgers, fries and much more….it’s all made to order and all delicious. Big portions and perfect price point. I live around the corner and there are many food places in this area so it’s easy to miss but I’m so happy I stopped to eat here because I now eat everyday.”

“I'm leaving a 5 star review as an obituary for the former owner. Raj was the coolest dude ever. He would order cartons of obscure cigarettes just for me, spot me a delicious breakfast sandwich when I was broke before payday and was an all around awesome dude. Whoever is running the place now that is getting 1star reviews is doing all wrong. :(”

“Janelle was absolutely fantastic! I was celebrating my anniversary and needed some flowers prepared a certain way. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly and truly saved the day.
I really appreciate the extra effort she put in, especially when she didn’t have to. That level of customer service means a lot. Thank you, Janelle, for going the extra mile!”
“Today I am only reviewing the outside. This Walmart in Freehold NJ has new supercharging stations! They are under their own brand name and each station has both a Tesla and a CHAdeMO adapter. They max out at 400KW and cost $0.39/kw (plus tax). In order to use it, download their app and load money on it. Pictures only today. I will be prepared to try charing next time.”

“The Freehold ShopRite is my go-to when I need to tackle a full weekend checklist in one efficient run. The biggest perk of this location is the standalone ShopRite Wines & Spirits store located right next door in the same shopping center. The grocery store itself is consistently well-stocked. The deli counter is always efficient, and they do a fantastic job keeping the pre-made grab-and-go meals fresh for quick weeknight dinners. The bakery section is also a highlight, particularly their fresh-baked rolls and custom birthday cakes. Because it sits right on Route 9, it can get incredibly hectic on Sunday afternoons, but they usually do a great job opening up plenty of registers to keep the checkout lines moving smoothly.”
“I love the freehold location. Its always stocked, staff is super nice and plenty of parking. No wine shop here but you can get all the other famous trader joes items.”
