“I have had my Neil Lane engagement ring since 2017. For the past year I have had to send it in to get serviced for the setting and diamonds falling out. My husband didnt want to let it go but the repair shop deemed it unrepairable stating it had to be replaced. I grabbed all of my paperwork everything. I went to Kay Outlet and they refused to transfer my LIFETIME warranty and gave me a huge problem . Pressured me by showing me replacements OUT OF THE BUDGET. Today I walked into Kay Jewelers in Freehold and I expressed what I was going through and how this has been very emotional and upsetting because they do NOT make the same ring. I refuse to pay for a new warranty ,this is a manufacturing issue not a user issue. LIZZIE listened to everything and was very understanding from the second I walked in. She immediately apologized for what I was going through helped me chose something that was better for me in my replacement budget and transferred over my lifetime warranty on the new ring. My mouth dropped because she just did exactly what she was supposed to do. She made me feel like I mattered like my story mattered and that is why I will ALWAYS come back to Kay's in Freehold.”
