“I’ve never seen my car this clean and shiny before. Brought in my Civic Hatch for a maintenance wash yesterday, the staff were extremely nice. They took the car within minutes of bringing in it, and brought it out after decent amount ofTime. They have a nice waiting area with a few amenities such as drinks and coffee and snacks. When the car came back from the detail, the detailer came out and explained everything that he did and any recommendations he has for the car in the future . 100% worth the price and wait. Highly recommend, best service and best work I’ve ever seen at an auto spa. They take their time on their jobs and show such true craftsmanship. Definitely coming again for the monthly maintenance package.”

“I had to get my car towed from my house. The malfunction indicator lamp was lit on dashboard. I was not sure what the problem was; called AAA services which towed my car to Spar. First, Wayne with AAA is fantastic. Just a recommendation if you ever need towing (DeFalco Towing).Now to Spar. Received call from Ryan re diagnostics and process. Intricate skills required to remove engine and replace bad sensor. I was able to pick up car after 2 days.Al called me to pick up car. Such a personable business man. Told me they drove car for about 10 miles (no issues); he noticed windshield wipers needed replacement. New windshield wipers and sensor in engine - mucho $$$ later but totally wowed by the service I received first time around. Called about a potential transmission problem and within minutes they probed me about how the car was acting and with a personal touch said they would be happy to diagnose the problem. “Excellent customer service and mechanical work! They saved me THOUSANDS! How you might ask?? Story time! My son jumps in his '14 Ford Fusion (High mileage) and the dashboard is lit up like a Xmas tree. No power steering!I call around to a couple of local shops and they are honest - electric power steering needs a computer reset which they don't have and recommend going to a dealer. So, I went to the Ford dealer near me. Their diagnosis was a whole new steering rack is needed - $3,800!!!!I do some more googling to find Mark's specializes in fords so I call them. They can deal with the computer stuff so I bring it there. They do analysis (sent scan reports!) and discover the wire to the power steering motor was chewed off (rats!)! $500 to fix! Saved me over $3k.Great use of technology for the service. They email estimates with pictures and final bill! All very clear. (Going back to Ford with this info to get my diagnosis fee back!)Service is great (thanks Abbey, Mark and the team!).I really appreciate a well run, local, and competent business!!”
