“I visited the Green Brook store again today and learned that on my previous visit someone apparently forgot to post a 'back in 5 minutes' type notice on the door, which led me to mistakenly assume they were closed for the Independence Day holiday. This time, Joe found my requested work boots right away, and after slipping in my prescription insoles, did a test walk and found the boots to be very comfortable. :)”

“Fitting room???Love the wide selection of products and the quality. There were a lot of clearance items, but signage was very confusing. Mall is under construction, so it was not clear that Bob's was actually there. Cashier was fine and the associate on floor directed us to fitting room. The fitting room is very sketchy. Did not feel comfortable trying on items. Hopefully, this is fixed soon.”

“Everytime I walk into Menlo Park Mall this is probably the first store I walk into. I love going in to see new boots/shoes but also the staff is very friendly and we almost always strike up a conversation, I don't think i could ever order my Doc marten's online only because I miss out on the experience of walking into this store. Any time we do make a purchase, which may be too many lol, they always help us out with suggestions or checking to see if they have what we want. I wont buy from anywhere else.”

“I worked with an extremely helpful and knowledgeable associate named Frank .I so wanted to buy the sneakers based on his recommendation but wanted a different color and went to the Millburn location as they have a bigger inventory but found the salesperson not so thorough as Frank therefore could not buy one. Have to check online.”
“This the second pair of shoes that were sent that didn't fit. Went to local store in Short Hills Mall and was helped by the Assistant Store Manager - Stephon Hammond. He was extremely apologetic, even though it was not his fault, but the fault of their warehouse / Fulfillment Center down South. I would buy in this store because of Stephon. He is a model employee that if I owned a business, I would want Stephon working on my team. He exemplifies excellent qualities especially people skills, which unfortunately, many get wrong. They have very good discounted prices at backstage downstairs and few last act spots particularly women’s clothing

“Great customer service at the Anthropologie store in SH Mall.I recently came in to look for an item that was not in the store and was told that they'd place the order for me to arrive by mail, but because I ordered it through the store, there would be no shipping charge.They have many nice things in the store. The style isn't exactly what I'm used to wearing, but every once in a while there will be an item that I'll purchase that will look phenomenal & I'll get a lot of compliments for.However, their home goods are really great - nice variety, good quaity & nice colours.”
“It's ok. Good finds. Girls at register fast and friendly. It's a bit messy, but one of the better ones I've seen, considering racks are the point. Must be hard to recover constantly after customers.

My father has very wide feet and foot swelling due to health issues and Walk Well was able to accommodate him because they have larger sizes in stock including size 15 EEE. Over the course of 2 hours my father tried on over 20 pairs of shoes before he finally chose one and the salesman was so patient and gracious with him the entire time. We will definitely be back.”

“It is a very large shop that has many pairs of shoes for both men, women and children. It is not easy to find large sizes for women but they can order the model you are looking for. There is a large car park and there are no difficulties for people with special needs”
