That would be fair, but the moment which was above and beyond was when Dannie, without being asked, wheeled two gigantic jars of driveway sealant to my car. He took time out of his busy day, to do something thoughtful, something more. This store is not the closest to my house, but I will forever be making that drive and be grateful for it. “I have to say the manager (excuse the spelling) Kaleel, saves this Home Depot location of a 1 star review. He is exceptional and from reading the other reviews it seems Home Depot needs to weed out people to have more employees like him..I had been searching for a new front door using the Home Depot ap and found the one I wanted. It said there were 2 in stock in south Plainfield so instead of buying on the ap I went directly to the store to look at the door in person. While looking for the door, I noticed a lot of their stock had dings and scratches all over them. Either way could not find the door I was looking for so asked one of the guys sitting in the door department. He searched high and low and could not find the door so told me he could place an order for it, they will search the entire store and pick the item for me and if not order another one for me. So I purchased it and went home. The next day I tried calling to see if the door was in and the phone just kept ringing. So I sent a text to the customer service chat in the Home Depot ap. That person ended up getting through to the store and she found out that they had cancelled my order. This is unacceptable!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They never reached out to even say they cancelled it which is the messed up part. Kaleel was very nice and called around to other stores and tried to make the situation right. I was on the phone for awhile and he said that if he could get through to the other stores he would give me a call back. Which he did.”
