βI had a great experience at General Plumbing Supply in Green Brook Township. The guys behind the counter were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and professional. They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I had the right materials for the job, and even offered helpful suggestions that saved me time and money.
Itβs not always easy finding customer service like that anymore, but these guys genuinely care and know their stuff. Fast, efficient, and friendly every time Iβve been there. Highly recommend them to anyone in the trade or tackling a home project!β
βThis place is a lifesaver for at home fixes. I have come many times with photos of what I need repaired, and they show me exactly what products I need to fix it. They are helpful, honest, open early and a great asset to the Warren and surrounding community.β

βWe purchased our carpeting at Worldwide Flooring. There was a vast selection of carpeting available. They also had an extensive inventory of remnants to choose from.
We had 4 rooms carpeted at different times. We found one team of installers to be better than the other. We also found it best to have the rooms cleared of furniture prior to installation.
The special order carpet arrived in a timely manner and we were pleased with the job.β
βNeeded a specific part no one had. The 800 number found the part and the branch that had it in stock. The trip was 45 minutes each way and worth it. Problem resolved same day can't argue with that thanks Grainger!β

βWish I had a place like this near me, but unfortunately all the big box stores took over at the cost of convenience and good customer service. Highly recommend, unless you enjoy wasting time aimlessly roaming aisles only hoping someone knows enough about hardware to actually help you. If thatβs your thing then there is always Home Depot.β

βMy shipment delivery was, delayed by 2 days due to a train derailment. Even 2 days late my order, arrived ready for immediate use. I will definitely, be ordering from them again.β

βI'm glad I used Google to find this location. My husband only want to use Benjamin Moore paint and this location has the paint and all the extras that you will need. I parked in the front but there is even more parking spaces in the back. The staff was friendly. The lady that helped me did everything from getting the paint, ringing me up and even brought the two 5 gallons of paint directly to the car and placed them inside ?. She lifted the gallons up effortlessly.
When I got home I thought I could do the same thing.
No!
My neighbors Ring camera probably recorded my struggle. ? I will let the contractor remove the remaining gallon from the car.β

βWe love all of the products we received from Focal Point for our renovation. A year after install - our rechargeable lighted mirror wouldn't charge and Lauren at Focal Point worked with us and the manufacturer to get us a replacement under the warranty. Great products and service!β

βI guess a few years ago they changed the formula for their pigments, and last year I came here and bought the paint that a lot of my house was done in, but it didnβt match at all. I didnβt use it, and brought it back almost a year later, along with a sample of my existing paint, and they matched it most excellently without any additional charge. The woman who helped me was extremely nice, and definitely earned my return business. Thanks for your help. Itβs a near perfect match.β

βCan we make this place a nationally protected landmark as a monument to people who go above and beyond? Am I rite? I could talk about the amazing prices, or how well organized the place is. That would be fair, but the moment which was above and beyond was when Dannie, without being asked, wheeled two gigantic jars of driveway sealant to my car. He took time out of his busy day, to do something thoughtful, something more. This store is not the closest to my house, but I will forever be making that drive and be grateful for it. Amazing people build amazing places.β

The store has a little bit of everything, which was perfect on a snow day. Mauricio took the time to explain the difference between rock salt and calcium and even helped load everything into my van.

There should be no reason... a large dog... is in the store..no it's not a service or a medical Animal just someone's pet ?. I'm pregnant and had 2 small children with me. Why didn't anyone tell him to stop and not bring the dog inside of the store. What if he bite a worker no muzzle no. nothing like smh.β
βSuper friendly retired vet door greeter. He told me the wrong aisle for light bulbs but was so nice I don't even care. Ended up getting help from two other associates both very friendly. Got in and out with all the items on my list. It's a toy store for adults and DIYers. I approve!β

βRay and Cynthia went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service when we hit a snag with the delivery of our BBQ grill. Not only did they help troubleshoot the problem when the grill didn't ignite but made a second trip to our home with a tank of gas to help fix the grill. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Well done.β
