βWe purchased our carpeting at Worldwide Flooring. There was a vast selection of carpeting available. They also had an extensive inventory of remnants to choose from.
We had 4 rooms carpeted at different times. We found one team of installers to be better than the other. We also found it best to have the rooms cleared of furniture prior to installation.
The special order carpet arrived in a timely manner and we were pleased with the job.β

βCostello's Ace Hardware is my go to spot. There was one located in very close proximity to my Fabrication / Machining / Repair / Detail - shop. 95% of the time they have what I'm looking for. I have gotten to know all the staff and they are always very friendly and accommodating. They also offer my company a business discount which is nice. And they stock a lot more things than you would imagine a hardware store would. I am also a custom builder by trade and they have all types of hardware that I use daily. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed.β
βAs a child growing up in rural America I always had deep fascination with nuts and bolts. But being how we lived so far from civilization it wasn't practical for us to ever head to the big city. Paw never earned enough at the local kazoo plant to keep us fed and in clothes, let alone own a car. What about Maw you ask? Well, her aspirations of going to astronaut school just about burned through all of the meager savings we had. So I'll tell you, when I heard about a place where you could go and all of the hardware related stuff a boy could dream of, I just up and cried.β

βI'm glad I used Google to find this location. My husband only want to use Benjamin Moore paint and this location has the paint and all the extras that you will need. I parked in the front but there is even more parking spaces in the back. The staff was friendly. The lady that helped me did everything from getting the paint, ringing me up and even brought the two 5 gallons of paint directly to the car and placed them inside ?. She lifted the gallons up effortlessly.
When I got home I thought I could do the same thing.
No!
My neighbors Ring camera probably recorded my struggle. ? I will let the contractor remove the remaining gallon from the car.β

They took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I had the right materials for the job, and even offered helpful suggestions that saved me time and money.
Itβs not always easy finding customer service like that anymore, but these guys genuinely care and know their stuff. Fast, efficient, and friendly every time Iβve been there. Highly recommend them to anyone in the trade or tackling a home project!β

Staff is excellent. Very helpful advising on types of paint for each project. You can walk in with a random nut or bolt and Walther knows exactly what you need to pair up with it. So if some say the pricing is a little higher than going to the “bigger” stores, the service and convenience is well worth it. Who has the extra hour or two to drive to a highway store, and then wander around with no one to help you, only to stand in a long checkout line? Village hardware is the gem of downtown Chatham
And if you bring your “friendly
well behaved” dog, the staff will give it a milkbone.

βWe have been a customer for decades. They run a good business, and we are fortunate to have them nearby.
The senior guys are very good, the first floor guys are good, the second floors guys need to step it up (the second floor has been declining for years), and the guys out back are very good.
It can be expensive.β
βMy garden tools and knives are better than new after bringing them here for sharpening. They were done quickly and expertly. I'm so grateful to have found a place for all the supplies and tools for home improvement.β

βIβve lived in Edison for years and never noticed this place since itβs tucked away next to the gas station. I stopped in recently and the guys at the counter were super helpful. The store has a little bit of everything, which was perfect on a snow day. Mauricio took the time to explain the difference between rock salt and calcium and even helped load everything into my van.

βEdit/Update idk what happened since my last review but 10/10 I love this store. There is literally an employee not to far from you and its so warm and welcoming in there.
There should be no reason... a large dog... is in the store..no it's not a service or a medical Animal just someone's pet ?. I'm pregnant and had 2 small children with me. Why didn't anyone tell him to stop and not bring the dog inside of the store. What if he bite a worker no muzzle no. nothing like smh.β
βHard to get to, they need a bigger sign and a better address. 1101 is the right address, I was given 1100 which put me across the street in a residential area. Employees get five stars, they were great, friendly and helpfulβ
βRay and Cynthia went out of their way to provide outstanding customer service when we hit a snag with the delivery of our BBQ grill. Not only did they help troubleshoot the problem when the grill didn't ignite but made a second trip to our home with a tank of gas to help fix the grill. They went above and beyond the call of duty. Well done.β
