No way could I have called or walked into a major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes and received the support ( that's beyond service) that I received from this family-owned business. I called, they listened and dispatched a well qualified family member to my home ASAP to correct a plumbing issue. I have never seen anything like it. “Nice place and it’s been around a long time. I try to patronize them and avoid big box stores but the last few times I’ve gone in they were out of very basic supplies. And the staff looked at me as if I had two heads when I asked where to find them. I know they can’t have everything but 1) silicone spray, 2) a hook to hold back a door, 3) screen repair material?”
