“Came across Qualified Hardware by accident, best find ever. Dealing with large commercial door hardware suppliers is a big cat and mouse game. The larger companies have lead times that completely stall projects in their tracks. Now that we use qualified hardware we have the same hardware within a few days. I recently worked with Joel, I asked for information on a concealed floor closer. All of our other suppliers gave us a 8-10 week lead time for the replacement arm we needed. Joel took all the information and jumped on it. Within 2 days we had the replacement arm.”

“Nice place and it’s been around a long time. I try to patronize them and avoid big box stores but the last few times I’ve gone in they were out of very basic supplies. And the staff looked at me as if I had two heads when I asked where to find them. I know they can’t have everything but 1) silicone spray, 2) a hook to hold back a door, 3) screen repair material?”
