He got me back into my apartment, replaced the assembly, and explained the underlying issues causing the problem. Very knowledgable, honest, and friendly. Would definitely recommend!”

“Needed help with door lock in new apt in NYC. Sky was recommended by my supt--and they were fantastic. Not only fixed the lock (which involved some complicated readjusting of plates and bolt) but also helped me figure out why door was continuing to stick (such that it wouldn't open) and then addressed THAT with general handyman skills at no extra charge. Fee was actually less than originally quoted. Couldn't have been nicer or more professional. Highly recommend.”

“I stopped in to figure out a solution to mount my TV mount to drywall or metal studs. The shopkeeper was very patient listening to what I had tried so far and to my plan, and he offered helpful suggestions. He found screws and washers that were perfect for my situation, and after placing a handful in my hand he told me that I was good to go. I insisted on paying but he insisted that it was fine. No way could I have called or walked into a major retailer like Home Depot or Lowes and received the support ( that's beyond service) that I received from this family-owned business. And the staff looked at me as if I had two heads when I asked where to find them. I know they can’t have everything but 1) silicone spray, 2) a hook to hold back a door, 3) screen repair material?”
