“We went to the location on third Avenue and 96th St.…The service was great…I made an appointment for 3 PM…And I arrived one hour early in case of a wait…I was so happy to see that there was no wait…I came with my four children to be tested…I was so very happy that they were willing to do the test on my children who’s ages ranging from six years old to 12 years old…I wish I knew the young man’s name who did their swaps…He was very nice to them, and very reassuring to them…He did an exceptional job with them… I am very pleased with the service…Our results came back within the timeframe that they said the results would come back…24 to 48 hours…our results were back in 28 hours…I was so happy and relieved…I would recommend this laboratory to anyone who is looking for a professional and comforting Covid testing experience for their children..”

“Dr Wang was very thorough and no-nonsense. She’s smart and knows how to think holistically as an internal medicine doctor.
Practice is great, just wait times are a bit unpredictable. Also I was charged for blood tests I thought would be covered, so that was not a great surprise. Need to call my insurance now and try and understand why.

“Great experience even tho the circumstances are unfortunate. Responded within minutes of contact, set up an appointment same day as contact. Ensured us that the samples are handled with care. Explained in great detail the process, how samples are being tested as well as when we will receive the results. Was truly a pleasure and made light of the situation.”

“Best urgent care experience I’ve had. The staff was all warm, patient, and carefully explained everything, even if my question was a little basic. There were also kids on the waiting room waiting for their mom in the back and the front desk staff turned on a Netflix movie for them. I got the sense that these people don’t hate their jobs which means they actually have capacity to care for the strangers that walk in the door. Would definitely recommend this location.”

“I saw this urgent care walking on Flatbush on day and today was the day I checked myself in due to a splinter in my foot. The receptionist was warm and explained the kiosk system I waited no more than 5 minutes before I was taken to the back and triaged. The assistant in the back was warm and understanding to my discomfort. The Md came in and went to work. It was a great experience would recommend”

“Getting blood drawn is never a fun experience but the team at Northwell makes it as pleasant as possible. I have been to other labs where the technicians are not skilled and end up hurting you badly. At Northwell the experience is much better. The location is clean, the staff is friendly and the draws are always quick. Today I had a large fasting blood draw of about 15 vials and they were so nice. They let me lie down, talked to me to distract me, let me stay in the chair as long as I needed after and the draw itself was a light pinch. I would highly recommend northwell over any other labs for any bloodwork.”

“I'll recommend IDTO anytime. Customer service was great! They were timely in their interventions. Finally, they got the results to USCIS and to me as soon as they received the specimens. Apart from delays from the embassy, they took a few days to get the specimens and process the result. Excellent service!”

“Jada was extremely considerate of my stressful situation of me needing/ seeking to get one additional test that my doctor did not include in the order. She genuinely cared and was extremely helpful and patient with me. She suggested what I do to effectively get the prescription asap from my doctor. She understood I was concerned and uneasy. Although it took quite some time (2 hours) to hear back from my doctor and finally get the fax, Jada kindly continued to check in with me to make sure everything was okay. I finally got it faxed over and Jada was able to get it all locked in. This is not a common occurrence and it truly stood out to me and made my day. She is caring and mindful of her patients and their situation, which I think is crucial and also unfortunately isn't the norm . Thank you again Jada you made my day! I will definitely be returning to this location.”
“I'd really love to thank Narda, the phlebotomist at this lab, for such an incredible lab experience. I'm extremely phobic of blood and was very fearful of getting lab work done. Narda put all my anxiety at ease and was a true cheerleader during the appointment. She was extremely fast and so kind and empathetic to my phobia. I felt very seen and heard. I also noticed her high level of care for a pregnant woman in the waiting room feeling ill from a glucose test. Truly an angel phlebotomist! I will be coming here to see her from now on. “I was late for my original appointment and there was something wrong with the way I received the confirmation because I had a code but no email confirmation or scan. Luckily there was another appointment open 1 hr later so I waited. The hour went fast.
The technician I think her name was Marsia was excellent at drawing blood. Did not hurt at all.”
“My first visit to CityMD in Sunnyside and it was brilliant. This is a very clean and spacious facility. All the staff were very friendly and professional.
