“Hilti offers a line of professional quality tools and their store reflects that. No nonsense, no fluff. Excellent customer service and it looks like you can try out all the big boy tools if you want to. We were quite pleased with our purchase and were welcomed to the Hilti family.”
“on 8/04/2026 I was in your Hackensack NJ store to do a return. I was lucky to get Jordash in Customer Service to help me. His friendliness, efficiency and warmth and sense of humor was pure pleasure. He certainly is an asset to your business.”
