“I am very disappointed with this table. We just had it delivered in the wooden crate and. It weighs over 300 pounds. The delivery truck had no staff able to bring inside or even remove it from the wooden crate.I am now having to schedule a separate crew to saw it out of the wooden crate and bring it inside even though I already paid a delivery fee. There is anyone able to answer questions in customer service. The quality of the furniture is poor as well. I would never recommend anyone for ordering from here.”

We went to 12 different stores today, looking for furniture, and Jennifer was by far the most helpful, thoughtful and easy-going ( no pushy sales stuff)
We ended up getting the exact couch we wanted, and she was able to provide all the swatches and help this color match to rugs with ease
She even went out of her way to help me solve a problem currently having with a sister company West Elm in finding a slip cover replacement for my existing couch something that she did not need to do for the sale today
