“Good place to go but you they won’t let you return stuff after 90 days. Even if you buy the warranty, it doesn’t mean you can return anything other than this item that you got, and then you were going to get the same item I was told I could return Any item I bought for as long as the warranty exist as long as I had the warranty and that is not true so just know that other than that this place pretty good people are friendly people are nice and they try to work with you, but they stick by that policy and that’s that.”

Do you not realize if your child got hurt for taking the stores broom it would be the stores problem and I'm sure you'd sue? Don't have kids if you can't watch them and want "mommy shopping time"”
“Great store! Great Selection and prices seem decent!So I bought a house recently and boy are we out of our league! The original as well as the previous owners both put in weird lights all over the house and we are having a nightmare of a time trying to replace bulbs...So I took a few of them to Ace to try and figure out what I need, and unfortunately they were unable to help me. The labels on the bulb faded, and they looked like 3 different types of bulbs and we had no idea the wattage...The store was jam packed! It has very small aisles, just big enough for 2 people to walk down. Every square inch has something to sell. It is basically a slimmed down Home Depot. It was nice but a little dated and shabby, but if you come here you are not looking for a new clean modern aesthetic, you are here for a specific item.All in all the staff was friendly, but unfortunately was unable to help me with my bulbs. If I do need basic home improvement items, this will be my place to go!”

“Even though it's a half a mile off the road in the back of Crispin square shopping center, it was a good experience. I had to get keys made and the girl was extremely helpful and fast. In fact one of the keys had a chip in it and she wasn't able to copy it for me, but recommended another place to save me an expensive trip to the car dealership. I went there and she was right, she saved me about 80 bucks. Infact, it's things like that why I prefer smaller hardware stores rather than home depots or Lowe's. I'd definitely return for any of my hardware needs just because of the service I received.”
