I will say with Five Below as a whole it’s so frustrating that they changed their whole setup to be self checkout style, but now require a staff member to scan all your items. This is fine (especially for loss prevention) but the checkout should be rearranged back to a queue style. It’s kind of uncomfortable for the cashier to be looking over my shoulder at the pin pad while I put in my pin (by no fault of their own). Policy and setup should reflect the checkout style from corporate down”

“I would give this place a 5 star lucky a 4 star. No complaints about the pharmacy staff or pharmacist. Always happy to help. Very professional. Actually the entire place is really pretty and clean. However the restroom is dirty. My mom has dementia and had to use the restroom. I had to be careful with her not to touch anything. Such a nice store how can the bathroom not be well kept for their customers?”

“I live all the way in Montvale and I commute to the city for work. I make a note to stop here every morning. I am always greeted with respect and smiles. The girl who works here is so lovely and pleasant, she makes sure I always get my freshly brewed coffee to start my day as a doctor. I take pride in this locaton, for over 15 years, I have been coming to this location and every time I remember why I will never go elsewhere even if it's out of my way. I honor and respect the owners of this 7Eleven as if they were my own family. I want to take the time and thank the owners/management/employees for their exceptional service. They always make sure they go above and beyond to make my day the best it will ever be. My gratitude will always be expressed!! Anyone who says otherwise is probably a theif or out of wack!!!”

“Sherpa, the cashier that I often come across when I shop at this local 7-Eleven is the best connivence store clerk that I have EVER met. Born in Nepal, near Mount Everest, Sherpa has became a good friend of mine and he speaks pretty good English for moving to New Jersey recently. Sherpa puts a smile on my face and makes my day every time I visit him and go to this local 7-Eleven franchise. Whatever he is getting payed should be increased drastically as he provides great customer service and means more than just a 7-Eleven worker to me.”

“If you're in North Haledon, you can either go to this MiniMart in Belmont Ave. or you can go to the other store on High Mountain Rd. depending on what you prefer. They both have the same selection of overpriced goods. You have to pay the "North Haledon" tax if you are stopping at one of these stores, but it may be paying a little extra, driving less and saving some time They have coffee and some breakfast pastries for a quick bite in the morning. They have all the drinks, cigarettes, chips and some other random products along with plenty of scratch off's and lotto. I prepare this place to the other because they have a better cigar selection. I also am not one for chit chat so if your like me and want to make a purchase and skip the small talk, this is your spot.”
