“Such exceptional service here! It all started when one of the employees open the door for me. I walked in trying to find an item on my phone and wasn't able to pull up the picture. The same girl that held the door said she would look up the item for me by the item number that was on my phone. She was very polite and helped me immediately find the item I needed. I went to check out at the other register, and the other young lady there also was just as sweet as the first one! I should have gotten their names, they were both absolutely amazing. Very professional and well-mannered. That is how you do customer service! I wish every store was like that.”

“Had a problem where my phone charger port had debris stuck in it and was looking to buy an air compressor to help fix it. A wonderful employee named Logan helped me find the air compressor and he even helped me to remove the debris from my phone and checked it with me to make sure it charged again! He went above and beyond and he saved me a lot of money getting it fixed by an apple technician. Literally the best service I’ve ever gotten at Lowe’s!”

I hate when I used to go to Home Depot and I would ask the same question to 4 people and I get 4 different answers. At this Ace it’s the total opposite Courtney and Gabbie are always so nice and helpful. Rick has so much knowledge and the young guys Adam and Ox are always so pleasant when the offer to load the heavy supplies in my car. Sheri is the best too! I’ll never go anywhere else. This place is the best!”
