“This is the best apartment in town. It's new, clean, and very safe with 24/7 security service. They have plenty of guest parking. The apartment is new, spacious and has high quality appliances. The services, such as mail delivery or maintenance services are excellent. Most of the service requests are done on the same day. Very caring and professional office staff. I had a lot of difficulties in the beginning in the online application process, but Stiben, Lisa and Brittany made is so simple! I think the service Lisa and Stiben provides is exceptional. They are very professional and caring. We love this apartment mainly because of the security, cleanliness, maintenance and the office staff (Lisa and Stiben). They are the best!”

“Soho's management team has been wonderful to work with. They take your issues as a resident seriously. I had an issue with my dishwasher that Samantha resolved quickly, and a separate issue that Julian resolved effectively.
Giselle and Quann at the front desk are wonderful. Always warm and welcoming. Chris from maintenance is another friendly face that always helps in any way he can.
In addition to everyone's commitment to being kind and making the lofts feel like home, the complex itself is just beautiful and I find myself using the amenities often. I absolutely love living here.”

Despite it being close to the end of her workday on a Sunday, Dawn was incredibly welcoming and accommodating as we walked in for a tour. She took her time to show us around and answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism. Her friendly demeanor and thorough knowledge made the experience enjoyable and stress-free.

“My wife and I have been living there since last August. How do we explain our experience? Simply magic! Could not ask for a better place to live at. Every aspect of the building is well appointed from the apartments to the amenities to the gym. Valet parking is 100% efficient to say. Summers on the chic rooftop is an experience it itself. Every member of the staff are one of the nicest individuals one can meet. They all go above and beyond for the tenants. The old industrial vibe is very inviting . Oh yes, there is Cool Vines downstairs.”
“I moved into the Meridia on December 15th, 2023.Jasper had and continues to be responsive and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and make accommodations where I needed them. I haven't been in contact with the rest of management so far, however both Juan and Darren from maintance have also been very helpful thus far.Pros:- I love the layout of my 1bed loft apartment. I am unsure of the square footage now, however the loft makes the ceilings huge and the space feels bigger because of it.- There is a big closet in the bedroom, which I very much need and appreciate; it was honestly one of the selling points of the apartment for me.- The apartment has clearly been deep cleaned before moving in & possibly even repainted. This was greatly appreciated; out of all the apartments I saw during my search, this one was one of the cleanest.Cons:- I'm not partial to the fragrances in the lobby. Jasper was kind enough to remove the two near my apartment.EDIT FEBRUARY 9TH 2024:Just wanted to make additional comments about my experience. I've had issues with the water heater since moving into the apartment; maintenance was super responsive in addressing servicing the issue. After a month and some visits, they have replaced the heater and it's amazing, !!Like mentioned before, the apartment is beautiful and I am really enjoying it.”

“I had a wasp nest on my building right outside my apartment so maintenance sent their best man to take care of it. Christian came over and served the insects an eviction notice with a can of Raid in one hand and a spackling gun in the other. In less than 10 minutes the wasps were defeated; the survivors were last seen heading toward Styertowne apartments.”
“Lived here for only a couple of months, but building is great with wonderful staff. Love the apartment size and layout and full washer and dryer in unit is the best.”
“The front desk staff and the custodial staff were fantastic. They would ask me how I'm doing all the time and genuinely cared about their residents! Thank you folks!”
“After the recent earthquake, my bathroom door needed to be repaired. The super, Gilberto, did a great job! When I returned home later in the day, the door was completely fixed and there was no sign of any activity....the work and cleanup were well above my expectations!”

“Our 2/2 is super spacious with plenty of closets. The terrace faces NYC and the park, which creates a great space for outdoor seating and entertaining. The neighbors are pleasant and we have never had an issue or noise complaint. The location is PERFECT!!!For sure the building is dated and is in need of some updates, but overall, for the price we paid, we are super happy.”

The property is maintained well and you cannot beat the amenities or location! Kameel, the maintenance guy, introduced himself immediately and is readily available whenever I have questions. Everyone from the leasing office to the concierge team has been friendly and helpful. I couldn’t be happier about my decision to rent here.”

“My husband and I have lived at this property for 3 years and have loved living here. The management was always very responsive and the Super Mike is excellent. Recently there was a change in management and there were some growing pains with unresponsiveness. Since October, there is now an onsite property manager Kemora and she is absolutely wonderful! She turned things completely around for us and helped resolve our issues and concerns. Thanks Kemora and Mike!”
“We recently toured 77 Park Ave on two separate occasions to check on some apartments to our liking. Beni and Meredith from the Leasing Office were quite knowledgeable and client oriented. They provided us with a great touring experience. Although they had advised us to apply for the right apartment in order to secure the pricing of the day, they were not pushy. After touring a few other properties, we ended up applying for an apartment over there because we remembered how Beni and Meredith had been courteous, professional and client oriented.”
“This place is amazing! Anwar helped us with everything when we moved in. I Love the area and convenience of all the stores and walking area is super helpful. No one bothers you and no issues with anyone. The maintenance is on point and whatever you need they do it ASAP. This place is perfect for young couples!”

“Renewing our lease with Metro Meridia for the 3rd year. So far we have enjoyed living here. Maintenance requests have been attended to and issues get fixed right away.
The only drawback we have is our apartment is above the gym, and tenants who workout are sometimes not mindful with the loud sound created when weights are dropped on the floor. It keeps us awake late at night or awakens us too early in the morning.
Some tenants do not clean after their pets that urine and feces are left at the stairwell, and left for the cleaning staff to clean.
Overall, our experience with the MetroMeridia has been great, despite the very slow elevators. Communications to tenants have been timely.”

The building is well-maintained and renovated throughout, including the newly installed elevators. Residents are respectful and polite (no noise issues). Access to Path and Washington St. are convenient.”

We had a few issues in the kitchen and they were taken care of the same day. Friendly staff and residents. Only been here a few weeks and the care we have received has been exceptional.
