“I really do not get the negative reviews here! Their service and support is hands down some of the best. We have been working with them for several years and have never had an issue they were not able to help us work thru. From sales to installation to support, no surprises. Does sound like there was an over zealous sales person at some point. I would definitely recommend them.”

“On Saturday, August 12th I had to go into the Xfinity in Eatontown because my dad couldn’t to deactivate my mothers phone who just recently passed 2 weeks ago. It was a very hard thing to do. I didn’t want to do it but I had too. John the manager and Brendan greeted me and showed me so much kindness in a time of so much sadness. They made the process quick and not stressful. I appreciate this more than they know. We need more people like this in the world to be kind always. For you don’t know what challenges a person or persons is bearing at that point and time. So thank you John and thank you Brendan for making such a horrible experience bearable. I hope someone sees this and gives you both the recognition that you deserve.”

“Honestly I walked in to try my last shot to fix the mess that I had over the phone with the outsourced agents before cancelling any service that I had with xfinity … I was expecting more from xfinity but unfortunately I had the worst experience, the agents were telling lies over the phone just to make the sale and convince me to get the so called promotion which at the end turned to be legit scam. the assistant manager did an awesome job and made everything right that day(Dec 27) (don’t recall the name I guess was Jouan). Many thanks & I appreciate your assistance.”

“We came to this location Hylan Blvd to get Spectrum cable package, changing from Verizon. The staff person Syed was great, explained everything, very patient with all our questions. “My old (2018/S8) cell stopped displayg. Couldn't text, answer phone, etc. DREADED this visit. DRAGGED my husband w/me for support.We were greetd by Johnny, who was personable, skilled, knowledgeable and the best person I could have wished for. Johnny sold me the Samsung S23, showed me how to use it, answered all my questions, demonstrated features & put me at ease. (I was sooo stressed).He did not pressure me to purchase accessories. He actually saved me money! He brought up things that I never would have thought about.I traded in my broken, cracked, separated phone for a new model at no extra cost (I thought the new phone was going to cost me over $1,100)! I got my teacher's discount AND my monthly bill will actually be less than I had been payg previously.Johnny was amiable & we felt very comfortable with him. When I return (for anything), I pray that I get him again. He mentioned his main Verizon traing was 20 yrs ago.GOD BLESS! I am thrilled with everything & couldn't thank him enough.I hope that he, his manager and even the CEO will eventually read this review.”
