“The Verizon store wlhas always welcomed me well However w&en I went to return my Fios WIFI the manager said that they do not hand returns that the store on route 36 in West long branch handle it. I argued the point that in the past many people have brought there units there and were accepted. He stood his grand and said sorry but we don't. I told him that Head office instructed me to bring it there. Mind you I Live very near the store that accepted it item. I went out of my way for nothing and wasted gas and time in doing it. So Infinity was just two stores over and they had a special on the simular unit and it came with a Galaxy tablet and a Watch for way far per month then Verizon. So now They just lost a customer to Infinity. And my signal is stronger. Bonus...”

10 Drs James Parker Blvd #110, Red Bank NJ 07701
“I really do not get the negative reviews here! Their service and support is hands down some of the best. We have been working with them for several years and have never had an issue they were not able to help us work thru. From sales to installation to support, no surprises. Does sound like there was an over zealous sales person at some point. I would definitely recommend them.”

250 Woodbridge Center Dr Ste 1355, Woodbridge NJ 07095
“Christopher R. was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. What I wanted to do with my current plan turned out to be very time-consuming because I first had to contact T-Mobile Customer Service to complete their portion of the process. Christopher was patient every step of the way, carefully reviewing my new plan to make sure everything was correct. When the store's system went down, he went above and beyond by calling a T-Mobile representative himself to double-check that my new plan was set up properly. It's rare these days to receive such outstanding, professional customer service. Christopher stayed with me through a process that took more than an hour, remained courteous and attentive the entire time, and made sure everything was handled correctly. I truly appreciate his dedication and exceptional service.”
