“The reviews on here must be extremely outdated. This location absolutely is 5 stars. In every single one of my post office experiences, (especially moving from NJ), all have been borderline identical going to the DMV, absolute miserable people and couldn’t be bothered. Pine Island post office completely blew my mind. The whole entire staff is the most friendly, personable, genuine people, that actually make it a pleasure to go in there. I especially love when I walk in to Roberto at the front desk. There is never a day he is not smiling. What really did it for me, that I had to go on here and post a review, I came in with the wrong box to mail my return. Roberto went out of his way to help me get my label off, and box everything in the proper box, (which was an old one laying around that he GAVE me to use), so that I was still able to mail my return without leaving. If I went anywhere else they would have told me to kick rocks and come back with it fixed for them to take. I really love this location! They are hands down the best!!!”

I called my local post office and spoke with a gentleman who was very courteous and very professional on the phone. Not only did he find my package, he took all of my complete information and offered to help me with any other issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a raving fan.
