“I use this location 3 to 4 times per month. The staff is very knowledgeable and their printing section does a great job. I have noticed some people come into the store and give the employees a lot of crap not a fan of that at all these people work hard and they get things done and the store typically has everything you need.”

“My bad for not getting the name of the super helpful woman who works there. I was there at approx 2:30 in the afternoon. She obviously takes pride in her work and treats people with respect, as if she were the owner of that business. At times over the years when I impressed a customer with hard work and respect, they have said "where did you find HIM?", meant in a complimentary way. Hey USPS, where did you find HER!?”

“Called the office today after one of my packages were marked being returned to sender because of incomplete address. I called my local post office and spoke with a gentleman who was very courteous and very professional on the phone. Not only did he find my package, he took all of my complete information and offered to help me with any other issues. He went above and beyond to make sure I was a raving fan. What a wonderful person to deal with early in the morning. He sure did brighten my day. Thank you Mr. Postman. :-)”

“The reviews on here must be extremely outdated. This location absolutely is 5 stars. In every single one of my post office experiences, (especially moving from NJ), all have been borderline identical going to the DMV, absolute miserable people and couldn’t be bothered. Pine Island post office completely blew my mind. The whole entire staff is the most friendly, personable, genuine people, that actually make it a pleasure to go in there. I especially love when I walk in to Roberto at the front desk. There is never a day he is not smiling. What really did it for me, that I had to go on here and post a review, I came in with the wrong box to mail my return. Roberto went out of his way to help me get my label off, and box everything in the proper box, (which was an old one laying around that he GAVE me to use), so that I was still able to mail my return without leaving. If I went anywhere else they would have told me to kick rocks and come back with it fixed for them to take. I really love this location! They are hands down the best!!!”
“The people that work out of the Wanaque post office are very helpful and go out of their way to help their customers it's a shame that USPS is such a terrible organization that when you have a problem you cannot get in touch with any body it is Mid March and we are just getting some Christmas cards delivered UPS just outright sucks”
“I had an issue with my time sensitive package that went to the wrong location twice. It was not the fault of the Ringwood post office, but the final destination was Ringwood. The gentleman at the Ringwood post contacted me everyday to update me & assure me that my package would get to me, even if he had to retrieve from another facility himself. He went above & beyond in my opinion. I received my package later than scheduled, but still in time for what I needed. I am grateful to the gentlemen at the Ringwood post office, he went out of his way to help me when other post offices mixed up my package.”

“All the stars for John, who helped me with passport things today. Negative stars for the woman taking pictures for the passport and processing- she rolled her eyes and huffed when I had a question. In general she was super rude, and I was nothing but polite? If it had been busy I might have understood the frustration, but it wasn't and she didn't even try to help get my documents correct.”
