“After hearing from a repair chain they had an 8 week turnaround for computer repairs, I headed here hauling my huge desktop PC with muted hopes. My issue ended up being something silly that was my own fault.
They suspected this, tested their theory and fixed it for free, right on the spot, and the employee couldn't have been nicer and more comforting the whole time. I had a great experience and I'm very grateful. Will definitely be back!”
