“The locker facility itself is good and the protocol is straightforward. Very well kept and the system is organized. However, the customer service is lacking. They are impossible to reach by phone and seem to take extra long lunch breaks. When I went in person, the associate there was incredibly slow, not knowing how to use the scanner, and talked my ear off, explaining every single thing that I did not need to know. However, it got the job done.”
“We moved on the hottest day of the summer. Fortunately, we used Bohrens! Mike, Michael, Chris and Sylvester did an absolutely amazing job in awful conditions. Not a mark on a wall, nothing broken and the nicest, most helpful people you could ask for. They can't be beat, in my opinion.”

“Both drivers that dropped and picked up the containers were really great at what they did. The driver that dropped off tried many different ways before they were able to get the container securely in my driveway with wooden boards. Also customer service got me a good discount when my order didn't reflect the ongoing offers. I just needed storage when my home was being renovated. Definitely recommend as it was cheaper than the current popular brand of containers.”
“Sent my driver to this facility for a partner carrier's delivery and was truly surprised. After reading so many negatives reviews my driver was met with courteous staff and was unloaded before appt time. Appt time 11:00am and in the dock at 9:30am and unloaded by 10:45am.
