“I actually would give Animal Infirmary a 5 star rating for the exemplary care we’ve received since we started bringing our dog 7 years ago. We’ve worked with some amazing vets, most notably Dr. Scarangella, who is just the sweetest and helped us through our dog’s eye surgery. However, our most recent experience with a vet in the practice makes me want to give an even lower rating than a 4, but I don’t want one terrible vet to ruin it for the rest of the practice. We are long term patients and my dog was due for her 6 month visit. First of all, our appointment was requested to be with Dr. Williams (also great!) because Dr. Scarangella wasn’t available and we ended up with a different vet. It was supposed to be a well visit but I wanted my dog’s ears checked because we suspected she had an ear infection. The vet we saw then subsequently shamed me for not bringing her in sooner, handed me a $1500 estimate for all the lab work and treatments she ABSOLUTELY needed and insinuated I was a neglectful dog mom if I didn’t do everything she suggested. She then said that we HAD to come back in two weeks (most people have said the traditional follow up is 4 weeks for dog ear infection), implying that I was going to ghost the follow up appointment. Mind you, I was scheduled to have a baby a week later and when my husband showed up to the follow up appointment with a 1 week old at home, the first thing the vet said to my husband was “oh wow you actually came back”. Why would we not come to a visit recommended by a doctor? And then went on to shame my husband at how bad my dog’s ears were originally, barely taking the time to acknowledge that the treatment worked and thank goodness she didn’t need systemic antibiotic treatment. I’ve never felt so disrespected by a medical professional. I would do absolutely anything for my dog and I’m just so offended by how both my husband and I were treated by this vet.”
“I was bracing for exorbitant costs for a routine mature lady cat checkup. Dr Ball was really nice, patient, and reasonable. She is also a very good educator and I think all pet parents would benefit from all her helpful advice and care. The staff, as usual, were kind and friendly. I was quite pleased with the appointment. The experience made me want to come back and have Dr Ball keep taking care of Mochi to provide the best quality of life for the cat. Thank you!”
“Easy booking process and everyone at the office was caring & pleasant. Dr. Sremac was quite knowledgeable and clearly explained the purpose of the required tests. I have difficulty walking and people went out of their way to help me enter & exit the office. Very positive experience.”

“I recently visited to get a USDA health certificate for air travel for my puppy, and I couldn't be happier with the care that we got. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Raquel and Dr. Nicholas treated Koda like he was their own baby to the point that he was given them kisses despite him usually being a little scared of the vet. Even though I live a little far away from this clinic, the trip is definitely worth it. Great service for a very reasonable price for NYC standards.”

Besides being extremely knowledgeable, Dr. Green always offers multiple solutions and perspectives to any of our questions or concerns. “I recently visited Lincoln Square Veterinary Hospital and wanted to provide a positive review of my experiences! The front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. My new rescue, Moose, received a new patient exam and received his first month of flea and tick medication for free. Later that week he stayed overnight for medical boarding after his neuter surgery. When I picked him up he was happy and I could tell was very well taken care of! It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was well taken care of while I had to leave town. I was also impressed with how reasonable the pricing was, compared to other vets I’ve used in the past. Definitely would recommend!”

My partner brought him in, and he was seen by Dr. Canales. I was on speakerphone as she discussed options, pricing, and follow up. Even though I couldn't be there, I felt so comforted and grateful that we chose this veterinary office. I am so pleased with her attention to detail, how kind and informative she is, and I'm grateful to have found the right place for both of my boys. I hope never to have an emergency situation again. They were both deeply kind and courteous. They thoroughly examined and explained the existing documentation + considered all the possibilities given my boy’s medical history.
