“I was bracing for exorbitant costs for a routine mature lady cat checkup. Dr Ball was really nice, patient, and reasonable. She is also a very good educator and I think all pet parents would benefit from all her helpful advice and care. The staff, as usual, were kind and friendly. I was quite pleased with the appointment. “I can't recommend Symphony enough. The first time I took my cat here, we came to the awful conclusion that we would have to put him down, and despite being a first time patient, they treated him and me as if we had been a part of the Symphony family for years. Every step along the way, they gave me all the information with the perfect mix of empathy and pragmatism, and gave me as much time as I needed to process emotionally and think. They are also very transparent about pricing and understand that the cost of care can be a major factor in what kind of path forward is possible. A general check-up was $110, cheaper than a chain like Bond and with 100% more care and humanity in every interaction.”

“We’ve now had our third visit to this office and can only say that add Catalina and the entire staff are compassionate, courteous, high knowledgeable and caring. Two weeks ago our Dutch bunny was acting “off” and being now 10 years young - that’s like 2 million in bunny years- we called the clinic for a check up. Although Dr Cataldis schedule was packed, he made accommodation to fit us in. What a lucky break. Had we not made the appointment we’d be having a different conversation. Turns out our bunny had a nasty gash on his privates which had gotten infected, was inflamed and obviously extremely painful. The Dr and staff cleaned , disinfected and treated the nasty wound with prescient great care. We left with the needed meds and supplies to maintain a regimen and within 24 hours our bunny was back in business.
Long review- yes, but needed to explain how even went above and beyond to accommodate us and help heals our small family member. The cost was very reasonable and since then we’ve had one follow up and have another scheduled soon for a final check.
Outstanding in every way!

“Can't say enough good things about Prospect Park Animal Clinic -- we came here to get an international health certificate for my cat and the entire process was so smooth and easy. The staff was so helpful about scheduling, organizing, following up, and keeping things organized; and both vets we saw (Dr. Gerber and Dr. Silverman) were so kind with my cat. The prices were also extremely reasonable, especially compared to other vet offices in the city. Overall, my cat and I had a really positive experience here and I would highly recommend it to other people (for international health certificates and otherwise).”
“I have been taking our golden retriever there for several years. I have found all the vets and tech's to be exceptional. Especially with follow up. Our just had CCL surgery which if you have had a dog go through this you well know its a commitment for recovery. However, they (especially Patti M) have been great with asking questions etc. Ali is now 10 and we have moved couple times. They are the best care she has ever received.”

“We had such a wonderful experience with Dr. Chan and his team. From the moment he met Giggio, Dr. Chan was incredibly caring, patient, and professional. Since this was our first visit to the clinic and Giggio has several health issues, he took his time to listen carefully, understand his medical history, and really look at the bigger picture of what could be contributing to his health concerns. We never felt rushed, and it was clear that he genuinely cared about understanding Giggio as a whole.
The nurse was also extremely caring, gentle, and attentive with Giggio. What really stood out to me was how comfortable he seemed there. Giggio is usually very nervous at the vet, but surprisingly, he wasn’t nervous during this visit, which meant a lot to me and says so much about the calm and caring environment they created for him.
This clinic was recommended to us, and we are so happy we found it. I would highly recommend Dr. Chan and his team to anyone looking for compassionate, thorough, and professional veterinary care. We are truly grateful for the way they cared for Giggio. ❤”
“Best decision I made was to take my dog here. He was seen at an ER and his regular vet, but we needed follow up that his vet couldn't provide. Clifton Animal Hospital was more than what we were looking for. Not only were they super kind and friendly with my dog who was nervous. The follow up and support that they provided to me was above and beyond. Carol at the front desk was kind, helpful, empathetic and went out of her way to answer questions for me and provide recommendations.
I would give them 10 stars if I could!!!”

“I recently visited Lincoln Square Veterinary Hospital and wanted to provide a positive review of my experiences! The front desk was friendly, professional, and helpful. My new rescue, Moose, received a new patient exam and received his first month of flea and tick medication for free. Later that week he stayed overnight for medical boarding after his neuter surgery. When I picked him up he was happy and I could tell was very well taken care of! It gave me such peace of mind knowing he was well taken care of while I had to leave town. I was also impressed with how reasonable the pricing was, compared to other vets I’ve used in the past. Definitely would recommend!”
