“This was by far the best Harbor Freight I’ve ever visited. Every staff member was friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and genuinely helpful.
I called from New York to see if they still had a generator I wanted since the website showed it was “low stock.” They only had one left, and the employee I spoke with even took the time to physically check that it was still there for me.
A huge thank you to Jorge (or George I apologize if I misspelled your name). After I realized I had forgotten to use my coupon, I ran back into the store. Jorge was waiting for me at the door, guided me straight to a cashier, and made sure I got my refund for the price difference quickly and without any hassle. That level of customer service really stood out.
Erick at the register was also excellent friendly, efficient, and made the checkout process smooth.
Hands down, this was the best customer service I’ve experienced at any Harbor Freight. The team went above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to help. “Joe Barone from Monmouth Building Center offers a great service to customers. He will come to your home with Benjamin Moore paint selections and let you know how much paint you need. He.also discounts the price per gallons and delivers the paint for free. My family, friends and I have used his services and have been extremely satisfied. He is a great guy and makes your life easier. He can recommend painters but no worry if you have your own. Still provides the service. You won’t be disappointed.”
“Builders General is the best! We have a personal rep (Peter) who is always a phone call away for all of our needs. He is the best!! Everyone at the counter is super helpful. We go to all of the Builder General locations depending where our job is and everyone is so pleasant, you can really tell it is a family owned buisness. Builders General takes pride in every sale small or large. They are a well rounded buisness down to even to loading materials and deliveries. (Shout out to Jay in Little Silver- he is super helpful!)”

Pete in the paints dept brought me right to the product I needed and I felt confident it was the right one, he was smart & funny ... Rich in hardware could not have been more patient and kind and helpful, thought he was finished helping me but then he came back to give me more info after checking with the guys in lumber ... and Jerry at self-checkout was friendly, and gentle, knew what she was doing, it was a pleasure. Kudos to whoever is doing the hiring at Lowes.”

He walked me over to the key station, made the keys for me and even walked over to self check out to help me there too. Unfortunately I did not get his name and I’m not sure if the company looks at reviews but this man was a great help! :)”

“Today we went to the Home Depot in Neptune looking for a deck box to store our patio cushions. We were helped by Nick in the Garden Center. We were overwhelmed by the sizes and choices.
