“Ordered the XDEEP Zen system but had a problem - it was damaged during shipping. Sebastian at Tec Dive Gear (the US distributor for XDeep) immediately shipped a replacement with zero hassle. Not only that, I had simply asked a question about hardware for attaching the single tank adapter and without me even asking he shipped some nuts/bolts to try out. Great customer service. I would not hesitate to order from them again.”

Honestly, I feel like there's a huge opportunity for this Asics store to carry more tennis shoe models and wide sizes, as I went to Nike, Adidas, Fila, Lacoste, and Under Armour (I was desperate), and they all didn't carry any tennis shoes.”

I grabbed sneakers for my son and the prices were solid — not marked up, not messy, just easy to shop. Staff was cool, no pressure, and checkout was fast even with the weekend crowd.
