I was warmly greeted and assisted by Axel, who was patient, kind, and offered excellent recommendations. I couldn't decide because all the options were great. I explained the issues with my previous shoes, and Axel provided solutions by scanning my feet to determine the best fit. The results were impressive. Overall, if you're looking for running shoes, this is the place to go. Thanks to Axel, I found a pair I really like.”

“Just terrific. A vestige of a bygone age. Incredibly, the store is located in the driveway of a residential house on a quiet, leafy street. (Almost certainly grandfathered in.) Anyway, it's an old-time tennis shop staffed by relatives of the man who founded the place in 1913. Good, high-end racquet selection; good accessories; even has some sneakers and clothes. Super-friendly staff is very accommodating and even generous with pricing and the occasional freebie. I feel good about patronizing this place. I mean, tennis warehouse is great, but do they really need your business?”

He put new shooting strings on my sons stick and also took the time to teach the both of them how to string up the stick themselves. “Relatively new to the firearms world. I live close by and came in to the store for ammo. Pricing was competitive and barely more expensive than buying online. Considering the wait time and inconvenience of buying online, I think the pricing is fair.
I’m actually astonished by the ratings stating that the staff is grumpy. First time I have ever been there and they could not have been nicer or more helpful. Treated my like I was a regular, when they could clearly tell I’m a noob. Came in for ammo left with a safe too”

They worked with me to understand what was available and I left the store with two jerseys which were on the sale rack. Got players names pressed on both - ready in 30 minutes around a store with customers. When asking about one product, the staff was honest about the price and gave me options to look for if I didn't want to spend that much.”

“My son loves the Maple/Bamboo Hybrid 271 bat! First hit off of it was a double to the centerfield wall! Has great pop! Unfortunately the bat broke during the tournament however Pinnacle Sports had a replacement to me within 3 days of contacting them! They were super to deal with and stand by their warranty 100%! We already bought another 271 to always have an extra on hand. If you want a great wood bat, you won't go wrong with this one!”
