“I go here literally everyday this is my favorite corner store I ever had ,they are more than friendly and nice up front and their cook is literally the best I highly recommend here”
“Ordered a cheesesteak. It was really good. The cook asked me how I wanted it but I told him just to make it however he makes it. He confirmed I was okay with all the toppings then proceeded to make it. That thing was so good and it was reasonably priced. It was on a long roll and while it wasn't jam packed with meat like in Philly there was a decent ratio of ingredients. My bread tasted fresh. I have a sensitive stomach so I try to stay away from corner store food but the sandwhich did not cause me any issues. The kitchen and store were really clean. The guys in the front (register) and back (cook) were courteous. I didnt have to ask for napkins, they gave them willingly when I paid.”
“I remember coming here all the time when I was young with my grandmother brings back memories because the food was always fresh stuff was always in stock and I could swore the Asian man spoke creole with my grandmother who speaks no English I love that 19 years later this store still in business and I would support everyday if I still lived here all ways nice to the paying customer”

“Always fresh and courteous store, prices had finally went up inflation, Storm flooding and Covid-19 losses! No problem ? still friendly, convenient and reliable!”
“If you're looking for a clean and helpful supermarket with a great selection of international foods, then City Supermarket is the place for you! The store is immaculately clean and well-organized, making it easy to find what you're looking for. The staff are always on hand to offer assistance and are knowledgeable about the different products available”
“This is a very expensive supermarket. I only purchased my Caribbean groceries here. All the other items are very over priced. It's clean though and majority of the staff are very friendly. Their fruits and vegetables are fresh.”

“I remember when this was brand new. It’s not anymore but still has lots of great choices especially for produce and meat. Heavy focus on Caribbean, Latin and African cuisine. Of course most of that overlaps with Black American cuisine also so you’ll find classics like Carolina Beef sausage and beef bacon with turkey gizzards, pork shoulder, Little Debbie raisin cream pies and even your favorite bean, greens or lard all year long. I’ve found the bread section next to the deli isn’t always fresh maybe because they don’t sell it that fast. I avoid it.
Amazing cake section if you’re looking to bake. Quite amazing selection of All sorts of seasonings in multiple aisles. Fresh loose leaf teas from 🍊 Soursop to moringa. Fresh fruit juices from all types of tropical fruit. 🥭
🍤 Large fresh seafood butchers 🐠 in the back with exotic catches BUT get your 🦞 seafood last as they will not double bag it with ICE to keep it fresh as you shop. I thought all fish markets did this practice. They don’t.
Not many toiletries 🧴 here.
👮♀ Security is everywhere and BAGS must be left at front.
💵 Cashiers are largely not American and English isn’t their strength and they are not friendly. The lines can be long. People there are largely not American and can also be rude but brace yourself and get in and get out.
Don’t expect customer service at all. The butchers are friendly always I find.”
“Nice little bodega, well pretty big for corner store. Very friendly workers, decent prices, good food, nice selection. They even bring in homemade food. Soups, stews, rice & beans etc.”
