“There are no words to express how grateful I am that I walked in and met Paul. My daughter was in the hospital and needed a new phone, and Paul went above and beyond to help us. He sat on FaceTime with her, helped save everything from her old broken phone, and transferred it all onto the new one right there in the store. All I had to do was hand my daughter a brand-new phone with everything she needed already on it. During an already difficult time, a different Verizon store told me they could not help me, then Paul made things so much easier for me. “Had to drive around to 4 different T-Mobile's (most were under construction or I had to be a Sams Club Member) before finding this one. This location had me in and out in less than 45 minutes. The two gentlemen that helped me were such goofballs and seemed like they actually liked their jobs and their employees. I was in a bad mood for having to drive to 4 different T-mobiles and these guys made me laugh from the start.”

“I have to acknowledge a special Verizon rep named Jared! This guy saw my wife and I walk in and immediately offered assistance ! Jared was with us from beginning to end on our upgrade purchase !
