“Katlyn hepled me solve a problem I've been dealing with for a couple of years. Understanding the logical breakdown of my cell bill. Her patience and knowledge gave the information I needed to make some needed changes to our family plan. She also showed me ways to upgrade and get the ultimate usage of what is available to me. This one is truly an asset to your company. Keep her . Most stressless visit I've ever made to one of your locations.”

“Nick was awesome ! I'm 76 yrs old and very technology challenged. No kids to help me. He was very patient, readjusted my phone in less than 5 minutes and taught me how to do a couple things. Pls keep Nick on board. If you reassign him, I want to know where he goes ! Thank you, Nick !”
