“My older Android phone failed to charge. Cole troubleshooted the phone but it would not charge. So he replaced my old phone with a new one that was on sale. So with little fuss I left the store with a new phone on which all of my apps and data had been transfered. I only have to enter my user ID and password to use my apps.”
