I also love how clean extra space is and how it is temperature controlled as well. I got my unit at a great price and was able to pre pay for 3 months which makes things so much easier. “We used this location for a month stay in their climate controlled units while waiting to move into our new place. The property was easy to navigate, units were clean, the facility offered carts for moving your belongings and the office carried a variety of storage supplies. I highly recommend this Extra Space Storage location. If you're reading the reviews you see the name Olga and she consistently receives high marks there because of her service excellence. Professional and personable; stop in, ask questions and feel the difference! Olga come to our baby shower!!! ;D”

Out of all the storage places I have visited and encountered, this one definitely is the absolute best one. I highly recommend getting a unit here if you need one. “I was one of your first storage residents when this facility open a little more than two years ago. I no longer needed a 5×5 six months ago so I removed everything and closed out the unit. This is when I met Derek. We had a lengthy conversation regarding the economic issues of today. Yesterday, April 17, 2024, I went online to reserve a larger unit and found the two month promotion for a 10×20×8 amazing. I got to the facility to finalize the reservation and Derek remembered my name. He was with another customer and she appeared to be impressed. Well, I know I was impressed because of how many people come through your doors each day. I am happy I made the choice between Metro and the other facility down the highway. After the transaction was complete, Derek said, "WELCOME HOME."”

“I am writing on two different experiences in the same day totally opposite of each other with Public Storage.
I left one of the stores with unsolved issue and a conversation with a dismissive manager which was enough to give anyone a very bad impression on the the company.
However, I decided to look for a solution in other locations. I was lucky to meet Kimmie, the manager of the Manalapan
store and what a big difference she made to my opinion on the company.
She took the level of customer service to above and beyond the standard.
Once she knew my problem with the other store, she immediately offered her help to resolve it EVEN when the business would go to the other store not hers. She acted like an owner or a district manager who cared about the company's name more than anything. She contacted three different colleagues to check her idea and called her boss to get approval. The boss too was kind enough to listen to me and understand my situation.
The problem was finally resolved. Thanks to Kimmie who deserves to be a special representative to the company.
I guess not all managers are equal ?. Thanks Kimmie ??
