    “I had the most amazing experience today at Trader Joe’s in Danville. I was just shopping for basic stuff for myself and my husband. The employee at the register asked me if I was shopping for a party ,and I just simply smiled and said “no.” I’m just going to spend some time with my husband, he has cancer. I picked up a white orchid to bring some life into our Home. My husband loves orchids. During the check out, the clerk just looked at me and she asked “does your husband like orchids ?”and I said “yes”. The clerk looked at me and said “this is on us. We wish you a happy new year.” It was an amazing experience, to finish our year with such a kind gesture. She was very kind and caring. Thank you so much Trader Joe’s for having such great employees. I left Trader Joe’s in tears ? . Have amazing new year. See you soon.”

    “I needed some olive oil and while I usually just go to ShopRite I thought I would give this place a shot. Upon walking in, I was greeted by a super kind lady who offered some olive oil samples. There were so many to choose from! I knew I wanted something simple so I went for the garlic olive oil. She recommended that I try it with bread. I’m more of a bread and butter gal, but I gave it a shot and to be honest… I don’t think I can ever go back to store bought olive oil. What have I been doing my whole life?? If you need olive oil, jams, spreads, etc. look no further. Will 10000% come here again. Excited to try the Tuscan herb next time! The prices are also so reasonable. From $7-20 for different bottle sizes. Take it from me, get the biggest one!”

The sandwich was absolutely delicious, massive, and hit the spot perfectly. At just $8.00, you cannot beat the price or the quality. ​The staff provides excellent, on-point customer service, and the location is great. After you grab your food, you can sit outside in their patio area and enjoy a beautiful view of the lake. Highly recommend checking them out—it's worth every penny and the drive!”

Good value can be found in fresh fruits, veggies, meats, chips, grains, cooking oils, bread, and many items. I don't shop much at Shop Rite anymore because I have found good value for basics at Aldi. Go visit once and you will know how much more you are paying at the other supermarkets. Aldi attracts young and very young shoppers who look for quality, freshness, and value.”

    “Best grocery store in the area. Lots of organic berries and fruit options. While you can find small packages of nuts in the baking section and seasonal favorites still in their shell sprinkled throughout produce, the best place to buy large bags of nuts is at the back of the produce section. (Unless you want walnuts, then you'll find the largest bags in the banana display:) The cashiers are very helpful and festive. The large refrigerator section for produce is perpendicular to much of the berries and fruit and tends to become congested as some people browse for veggies while others look at the fruits. Stick to the deli/bakery side of the store if you want to avoid it.”

    “I'm a truck driver for Weis Markets. Each driver has stores they hate going to, and stores that are great to deliver to. I think my favorite store to deliver to is #214 in Binghamton, NY. The receiver there is Dan Ritzman. Going to see Dan is almost like going to a family reunion. Dan takes the time to learn your name, and to ask you how you're doing. I wish there were more guys like Dan in our system.”

    “When did the Dollar General turn into a Walgreens. They literally have everything except for pharmacy. There’s food Christmas decorations and supplies house supplies personal care items. Feels like you can get everything here. I just stopped in to get a Tupperware for some Christmas cookies. It’s a snow day so I think they only had one person working which was fine because it wasn’t busy here. So I was attentive too quickly.”

Bakery is good but has deleted items which we can find at other sores such as Portuguese Rolls from Texeira Bakery in Newark. Unlike most supermarkets, it does not have the annoying lane obstructing displays like Shop Rite and consistently has lower prices than Shop Rite and Acme.”

    “Love, love, love this place! We went to visit my aunt in Mountain Lakes and were excited to grab something for dinner here. I ended up grabbing us a couple of sandwiches, a super yummy superfood salad, carrot cake slice and tiramisu. A sandwich for supper might not sound great but if it from Kings, it is. I had a turkey and Swiss on a pretzel roll and the meat was Boar’s Head. I love their pretzel buns. Yum! I cannot tell you the last time I ate tiramisu this good. Yum! I cannot recommend this store enough.”

    Walmart wants your groceries at the door before the ice cream softens. On May 29, the retailer said its 30-minute-or-less delivery had reached 33 U.S. markets, adding a wave of new cities across the Northeast. Shoppers in those areas can order from more than 100,000 items, everything from fresh produce and baby formula to pet food, electronics, cold medicine, and prescriptions.
