Fussy Friends Pet Supplies
148 Newark Ave, Jersey CityThe employees are always nice and helpful when needed! We once went in with our reactive foster dog and they opened up a front harness for us to try on him for sizing that they thought might help us and even put it on him despite us warning him he was reactive. Our foster dog was totally fine with him putting the harness on and the harness helped us so much!

Pet Grooming

Jersey City Paws
532 Liberty Ave, Jersey CityThe best! We have been taking our dog here now for about 3 years. He loves everyone there and they do an amazing job. They are usually done in about an hour and a half. Clean, professional and very friendly. Can't say enough good things about Lucia and the team.

Ruff to Fluff Bar Jersey City
580 Palisade Ave, Jersey CityI cannot say enough good things about this place! Everyone here is so kind and a thorough professional. My boy was a senior dog with multiple health issues and a skin problem. They took such amazing care of him! They are incredibly kind, patient and so dedicated. They even went an extra mile and called his doctors to make sure they knew details of his issues and could handle him right. He always came back looking so happy and fluffy. They never keep your pup longer than needed. Every dog is tended to immediately. They never overbook or keep you waiting. The experience was always so seamless. Plus the place is soooo clean and open. You can watch your baby while being groomed. Their response times are always so quick. We loved Sylviana and Mercedes, Nikki and Erica. Miss seeing them. For the first time in Simba's life, for the past three years that we went there, I had so much peace of mind knowing he was in good hands. They are absolute animal lovers and it shows. Thank you all for taking such good care of our Simba. I would use you guys again without blinking an eye!

Animal Clinic & Hospital: Lugones Michelle DVM
603 West Side Ave, Jersey CityAs a mother, the possibility of my son having cancer was in the back of my mind. We always think the worst. The swelling on his face was not subsiding, dismissing the chances that it could have been a bee sting, or an allergy to pollen, or a fungus. I did not want to believe. He is a joyful child who loves chasing after cats, squirrels, douchebags, and plunging into the lake at Lincoln Park. On his tush, the hamza is etched to ward off evil eye and...douchebags. He is a rescue, from a terrible family, and landed into my arms like a blessing. So for reassurance, I went to Animal Clinic as they are walking distance from my house. We had the clinic to ourselves as it was a Thursday morning. He got sedated and tests and x rays were made on him. While the cytology came out inconclusive and no metastasis was present anywhere in his body, there was an extremely high chance that it was a tumor and malignant as such due to how fast it was growing. They sent us home with steroids to see if they would work on bringing the swelling down while advising me to make an appointment with an oncologist. There are no vet oncologists in Jersey City. There are no vet specialists for that matter, in Jersey City. So...ok....why am I giving the clinic 5 stars? they allowed my son to rest after the tests and wean off the sedation. He stayed in a room by himself, dozing off the sedatives, until he was able to walk on his own. It took 3 hours for that to happen and I am appreciative for them not to have kicked us out once exams were done. I brought with me my work and carried on my job at the clinic; it was like any other working day, while waiting to be able to walk back home. He woke up, was able to walk and we had a lovely stroll back to our fluffy beds and tushy tickles. Every small gesture of kindness towards my child is worth gold. Didn't matter if the tests were inconclusive and still had to pay for them. They treated my son well and that's all that matters.

Animal Clinic & Hospital - Larry Buchholz DVM
603 West Side Ave, Jersey CitySurprised to see anything but 5 stars here. Dr. Buchholz is super knowledgeable and helpful. Even though we moved we will still drive a long distance to see him because we trust his opinion and he provides the best care. Clean clinic, nice staff. The location is a bit annoying get to, but at least there's easy parking (private parking lot) and prices are very fair. Highly recommend!

Heights Veterinary Associates
3402 John F. Kennedy Blvd, Jersey CityAs a first-time pet parent, I was pretty anxious after discovering my puppy had worms. I researched nearby vets with good reviews and found Heights Veterinary Associates, which is super close to me. I called them in the morning, and they were able to see my puppy that same day!
From the moment we arrived, the experience was incredible. My puppy was greeted with love and plenty of pets! Addy at the front desk was so warm, efficient, and clearly a huge animal lover (see the picture of my happy pup with her goodies!). Dr. Capelli came over to examine my puppy and was incredibly thorough. She explained everything in detail, ensuring I understood the best steps to keep my puppy healthy. Her warmth and expertise brought me so much comfort, and she answered all my questions patiently. My puppy felt totally at ease with her, which says a lot!
I'm so grateful to have found such a caring, clean, and safe place for my pup. If you’re looking for a vet who genuinely cares, I highly recommend Heights Veterinary Associates. They even sent us home with an amazing puppy starter bag filled with pamphlets, teething toys, and other little goodies!

Anything's Pawsible
206 Clerk St, Jersey CityWhile we did not take our dog to their training, we did meet the owners at a recent dog event. We met two of the dogs they were training and were very pleased. We spoke for 10-20 mins and agreed on many key training points and the proper use of electric collars. Based on that interaction, I'd recommend them to someone looking for basic or advanced training.

Treehouse Coffee Shop
434A West Side Ave, Jersey CityI’m just wondering why my rewards was claimed without using it myself! I really love your ice latte guys and I always go to your coffee shop everyday when I’m at work. Ice latte is my favorite to order. I know you guys have rewards/points for your avid customers. I’m supposed to get my free ice latte today using my rewards but the staff told me that I already redeemed my points last Saturday and I told him I paid for it showing him the transaction in my card.. He knows me anyways he is very accomodating. I told him I didn’t used yet my rewards. He knows me because I always there everyday.
He said he cannot do about it. Anyway I hope it will not happen again to your other customers. Not a good experience even though I love your coffee. I hope the owner will fix the computer or whatever is the problem at your end.

Box Cafe
115 Palisade Ave, Jersey CityI booked the Box Cafe for my Halloween party turned wedding and I had the most amazing experience with Linda (the venue owner). Not only did she give us a very generous discount, she also offered to decorate for us since we had so much going on that day, for a very reasonable price. She spoke to me several times throughout the planning, worked with me, and made sure my perfect wedding came to life. She was incredible every step of the way and I would book this place a thousand more times for an experience like this! She decorated the place BEAUTIFULLY and the place is absolutely lovely. I cannot say enough about my incredible experience with this venue and I will definitely be back for dinner and any time I have an event. She made everything smooth and seamless for a reasonable price! Book it!!! You will NOT regret!
