“I have been using this storage for a long time but I forgot a small box that was not very big and I called to deliver my space and they told me that if there was something inside it they would charge me 500 dollars, it seems exorbitant to me, I was never informed about that policy when renting the space but I had to make a long trip to get that little box out of it, it's a good and safe place to store your things but I think that inconvenience for a box is exorbitant”
