Kyle is one of the nicest human beings I have ever met.I’m in the process of leaving my previous bank of 23 years because of the change in the terms and conditions of their holds on checks. My friends recommended PNC and this branch is near me.What a pleasure it was meeting someone who I’ll know by name whenever I go unto the bank. He took the time to explain the entire PNC process, the options I had and the dates and times everything would arrive. Even gave me his company email if I ever had any questions.Never thought I would write a review about a bank but when you recognize someone who cares, they should be acknowledged.”

“I came here to leave a good review because as someone who’s older I always receive the best help at this branch. But i was surprised to see all the bad reviews. I saw this one lady giving everyone a hard time because she didn’t have a drivers license while she was driving or any other form of ID when making a deposit and after all that leaves a bad review. A lot of the customers are just incompetent and can’t follow simple rules. While i do agree with some of these comments saying the manager is very incompetent and rude to customers I can’t say the same for Tameka and Enson the spanish guy. They have always been very kind and patient with me it’s the ignorant customers who make their day harder then it needs to be.”
