The staff was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient in helping us find the right bat for Asher. I really wish I remembered the gentleman’s name who assisted us because he made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. He took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we left with the perfect bat.
The hospitality was top notch from start to finish. You never would have guessed they were about to close they treated us like we were their first customers of the day.

“Absolute gem of a store. George is fantastic, knowledgeable, and very kind, and he helped me fine what I need right away. Lots of size options (even if you were buying something last minute like I was) both for adults and kids and at a variety of price points (official kits vs inexpensive ones). It's world cup season right now so most of the jerseys are that, but George told me that new stuff for the clubs will be coming in during the summer. Love this place, and excited to return already. Shop local here, you won't regret it!”

“I just got into running this year and finally bought my first pair of good running shoes. I’ve had 2 back surgeries and after a few months of running I had to take a break due to a back injury. I always ran in cheap Amazon sneakers and credited my back injury to the cheap sneakers. I did some research online and came across the sneaker factory. I went in and told Joe my situation and what I was looking for. He went over the different types of sneakers and explained to me what would be best for me to not re-injure my back. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend the sneaker factory to anyone looking to get good running shoes.”
“Just terrific. A vestige of a bygone age. Incredibly, the store is located in the driveway of a residential house on a quiet, leafy street. (Almost certainly grandfathered in.) Anyway, it's an old-time tennis shop staffed by relatives of the man who founded the place in 1913. Good, high-end racquet selection; good accessories; even has some sneakers and clothes. Super-friendly staff is very accommodating and even generous with pricing and the occasional freebie. I feel good about patronizing this place. I mean, tennis warehouse is great, but do they really need your business?”
“My husband & son went into universal lacrosse today to purchase some practice balls. They met Kristien, he was awesome. He put new shooting strings on my sons stick and also took the time to teach the both of them how to string up the stick themselves. He is very knowledgeable on all the equipment needs for young players. We highly recommend working with him for all your lax needs. ???”
“From the minute you walk in you will feel at home at Cranford Headquarters ! I’ve been going there since they opened and their whole staff especially Donna makes everyone feel appreciated. Everything they sell is quality Cranford merchandise , great to shop all year thru but especially easy to get a holiday gift that they wrap up to look festive. Last year we bought a Varsity jacket and Donna made my daughter feel at home and spent a lot of time making sure she had every thing in the right place and the jacket fit perfect. I would highly recommend anyone who’s looking for cranford merchandise or a team that’s looking to customize jackets ,etc to check out Cranford Headquarters .

Their shop was closed due to the Belleville fires and I desperately needed my shirt order that was ready for an event, or I wouldn't have them for 20+ kids. They delivered me my order just so that I had it. Forget custom ink that's more expensive and go with a local business instead.”

“Simply the best! My daughter needed a figure skating dress and we wanted to try it on instead of ordering online and hoping it fits. Coach and owner Michael was so knowledgeable and helpful and such a pleasure to deal with. He took his time to show us everything. We bought the dress, tights and gloves for the competition. His prices are very reasonable and quality is superb. He also gave us a consultation on the future purchase of the skates which we will be needing soon. He had a great variety for different levels of skating. We will certainly be back for my daughter's next pair of skates here. He offeres 1st sharpening of blades for free and it also includes heat warming and molding to fit your skates the best. Super happy with the professionalism and friendliness. Coach Michael also gives classes, he is an Olympic champion. I highly recommend him, we traveled for almost an hour from NJ and it was certainly worth the ride.”
