I was looking for a tv and Dave stepped in and gave me a lot of information around what tv to get , the right size and even made sure I was taken care of for delivery. “Our refrigerator died. On the way to Home Depot we decided to stop into Albo to hopefully get better customer service and support small business. Our salesperson, JR, was knowledgeable and we were lucky enough to get a fridge with a ding which saved some major money plus it was delivered and installed the next day. “I purchased my dryer from Dominic’s about two years ago and have been very happy with it. When I recently had an issue, PJ helped me over the phone and was fantastic. He took the time to really listen and understand what was going on instead of immediately scheduling a repair. He offered helpful tips, and I was able to get the right repair done since the issue was not with the dryer itself. I truly appreciated his honest, thoughtful approach and excellent customer service.”
“I was so incredibly pleased to find this place! Unfortunately I had already been to another sewing machine repair place that really only wanted to sell me another machine (which I bought bc I believed them that my machine was going to cost too much to fix). But at this wonderful place the staff was so very kind, helpful and accommodating. They took the time to diagnose the problem and were able to fix my sewing machine in a short amount of wait time at a reasonable cost. I will always come back here for my sewing machine and even my vacuum repairs! Collingswood Sewing machine and Vacuum repair is a credit to small private owned businesses-keep patronizing them!!!”
“I was recently gifted a new GE gas oven. I hooked it up, but it sounded like the gas flow was a bit louder than normal. I called another appliance repair company initially and they wouldn't even come out to look at my stove because it wasn't brand new, and I had hooked it up to the gas source myself. The tech from Johnnie's was professional, courteous, offered additional helpful tips, and most importantly, he didn't make me feel like an idiot. Worth the service fee for peace of mind and a pleasant interaction. 10/10 would recommend.”

I bought a faucet from Fergus Front Street a few months ago, and not only did the price beat the big box stores, but I walked in and out in less than 5 minutes! A few months later, I realized I lost the invoice which I needed, and a 30 second phone call to the sales desk at Ferguson got me an emailed invoice to my mailbox. Any time I need plumbing supplies, it will be from this place.”

“Central air system was added just before the heat wave . The 2 technicians took about 1/2 day to install the system at my son’s home . They cleaned up after and it took about another 1/2 day to cool the house. They gave instructions on the thermostat that was installed and how to efficiently cool the home and how often to change the air filter”

“Had a great experience at Ferguson Bath & Kitchen in Cherry Hill, largely thanks to Kara. She was incredibly helpful from start to finish, took the time to walk me through all my options, explained the pros and cons of each, and gave thoughtful comparisons that made the decision process much easier.
As with any project, sometimes things don’t go perfectly, one of the items I ordered arrived slightly damaged, but Kara handled it immediately. She fixed the issue without any hassle and had a replacement out to me the very next day.
Really appreciated the level of service and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend working with Kara and Ferguson.”
“A woman named Christina. I believe she also goes by the name sparkles tho. Which is super cute was so super helpful. I had trouble finding some paint that I needed for an assignment at school. Christina was very patient with me and very helpful and in fact, help me find the exact shape that I was looking for that I could not find at a different store. Without her help, I honestly don’t know if I would’ve gotten my project done in time. Give this girl a raise lol!!!!!”

“Good evening Google Family. I visited to return the moth balls that I had purchased previously from another Home Depot location. I decided to take the mothballs back because I purchased them for a cat. I decided that I do not wish to kill the cat, only to keep the feline from vacationing in my backyard. I thought to myself, she might eat the mothball and die on my property, then I would have to dispose of a dead cat. I could not live that down and I do not wish to be labelled a killer of cats. So I returned the moth balls unopened to the place where I purchased them. The transaction was quick. I asked when I arrived where I could return something. Two nice gentlemen customers told me where to go and I went. The young lady associate who assisted me was very nice. I asked where the rest rooms were and she directed me. Very nice and clean. A great shopping experience today, I would certainly come back again and recommend any and all to shop here. “My experience with Torresdale appliances from start to finish was top-tier. They greeted me at the door. They asked me what I needed and then they asked me if I had a budget that I was trying to stay with then what model or make that I want was just very pleasant. I was able to walk in near with the budget that I had and leave with three semi pieces of new Appliances plus delivery all within my budget. “Expected to arrive at this Home Depot around 9pm, an hour before they close. I live in Philly, and am about a 20min drive from this location. One detour and two wrong turns later, I arrived 20-30min before they closed. I'd had a very long, and frustrating day, and walked into the store completely frantic and distracted. Wasted 15min looking at tiles, absent all problem solving and decision making skills. Next thing I know, I'm being guided to the other aisle I needed. Found empty packaging for the product I was looking for, had zero f**ks left, when the manager Jason appeared asked if he could help. The store had officially closed, but he grabbed a ladder to get the item down from top stock, and helped me figure out exactly what else I needed in conjunction with the tool. I was *shocked* by how calm, patient, and genuinely kind Jason was; I rarely come across people like him who provide excellent customer service, plus, go beyond what's expected in order to help someone. Jason helped me for what I'm guessing was 20min past closing; he wasn't irritated, and smiled and joked while helping me. He successfully exorcised my crappy mood, and I left with a smile on my face, feeling much calmer than I had for most of my day. More people deserve to know that being their genuine selves, and providing help to someone who needs it--no matter how big or small--made a positive impact on another person's day.”

Over the years we have found that Economy's staff is very knowledgeable about almost any commercial kitchen product you could want...furthermore, they stand by the brands they offer by providing sound advice and exceptional after market service. If you want a polite, pencil pushing salesperson who has limited, superficial knowledge about kitchen products and features, then maybe Economy isn't right for you. But if you want a professional company and knowledgable staff that stand by their products and customers, then Economy is the best choice around!”

I recently came in looking for a replacement refrigerator. Unfortunately, the exact refrigerator I had taken a photo of had already been purchased earlier that day. I thought I was out of luck, but Jawan Steek went above and beyond to help. He took the time to go to the back and speak with Sam Serarro to see if there were any other options available.
To my surprise, they were able to offer me a comparable refrigerator at the exact same price and it turned out to be an even better model than the one I originally wanted!
Jawan and Sam delivered the kind of customer service that every retailer should strive for. They were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. They didn’t just make a sale; they created an outstanding customer experience.

“It is utmost convenient but also very spacious. You'll probably do a whole mile walk in here. They have an endless amount of options for everything you need. I know I've used this to do a lot of DIY work around my house and it's been very seamless getting tools, supplies, even the right size bolt or nail. It's very seamless and the customer service is on point. Everybody is very understanding and very quick.”
