I had a difficult case that needed a custom tarsal support and ordering it and the delivery were fast and easy. When I made a mistake with one of the measurements I was able to call and someone answered the phone immediately and guided me through the return process. I was able to have the product altered and shipped back to me within a week. This company has the best customer service I have experienced in a long while. I will absolutely being use them again for future rehab cases.

23 Blossom Hill Rd, LebanonWe had to rush my cat, Zuko, there late Sunday night. From the moment we got there the staff were beyond professional. The front desk staff alerted the back and they came and quickly got my cat to be examined. The doctor was amazing. She came in after her exam and gave us some insight and asked how we would like to move forward. This is the only vet hospital that asks before they do.
They have answered all of our questions and phone calls. Janet (so sorry if I spelt this wrong) has helped answer any questions we have and has been so professional and kind towards us. I really cannot thank this facility and staff enough for what they have and are actively still doing for us.

Round Valley Animal Hospital-Dr. Lorraine Marks
1170 US-22, LebanonSad day today, had to put our cat down today. The Dr Rodriguez who we saw was wonderful he sat with us for our final good bye on the back lawn of the hospital while he went to sleep forever. Loki wasn't a normal cat but the staff made it just a little bit better knowing he's not in pain anymore. To anyone in the same position I highly recommend these people. On the brighter side we still have 2 other feline members of our family persephone and hatie little black fur balls, I only hope they enjoy the long life loki did.

There is an excellent assortment of pastas, rissoto and sauces straight from Italy. The prepared food section is pretty good as well . I've been to parties that have been catered by Metropolitan and the spread was excellent . Kudos to this family owned business , you're doing a superb job !

We ordered the Reuben special sandwich prepared on rye bread. Delicious and we washed it down with a freshly brewed coffee . The 2 ladies were very friendly and the service was exceptional. A traditional deli look and feel.

BUT the cannolis I MEAN COME ON, the cannolis her are DELICIOUS. If you think the food is enough to make you wanna come back, the service sure will sure will. Every time I walk in the door it's big Smiles, friendly greetings, everybody's very personable it's such a cozy warm energy.
