My calls were answered promptly by Lara, who was always friendly, knowledgeable and patient. Unlike many similar services, Mail Box Store was willing to send with USPS Media Mail after careful packing. Pickup was quick and efficient, packing was excellent and the price was exceptional reasonable - they did not charge for pick-up (!), only packing and shipping.Don't outthink this. Mail Box Store provides a high level of service which has all but vanished at an exceptionally fair price. This should (and will) become your go-to company for your packing needs.”

“Since moving to North Haledon about three years ago, this has become my “go to place” for my (many) online returns. All of the employees are very polite, especially the young gentleman that’s usually working when I visit. He has went above and beyond on many occasions. The store is clean and well organized and offers a variety of services. I was impressed with the fact they offer some USPS services. They have a USPS mailbox where customers can mail letters and “prepaid shipping” packages. What is most impressive is that all packages with prepaid shipping are gladly accepted without a fuss. I have been to so many UPS (and others courier’s) stores that didn’t really want to accept prepaid packages- they often gave customers an attitude if they were only dropping off a prepaid parcel. However, that is NOT the case in this store.All in all, this store has exceeded my expectations!”
“I don’t understand why this place is getting such poor reviews. Every single time I go there I get professional and friendly service—even when the line is out the door. Yes, the place is usually busy, but that’s not their fault. There are always at least three people working there and they are working! Whether it is shipping packages or getting something notarized, I feel like I get exceptional, personalized service every time.”
