They showed up every day, worked steadily, and completed my bathroom within the estimated timeline. Miguel and Ricardo worked with my wish for an uncommon tile design (vertical subway) and did a great job! This was my first big renovation -- I was scared, nervous to undertake this big change -- but it was a good experience and I wouldn't hesitate to call Tri-Star again for my next project!!”

“i would like to say i called up this coastal at new dorp for the fact they had a specific outdoor main valve, i called to confirm and the manager at this location was very professional and gave his time without hesitation to inform me that they have it . when i arrived it was there waiting for me .he was well mannered and and i told him i,m a member in a large congregation church and I'm looking for service like this to make my plumbing projects easier so i proposed to opened an account with this coastal store even though there is another one closer to my business but they lack the patience and expertise in helping a novice they just cater to the professional probably regulars there”

“Had an awesome experience at Home Depot in Woodbridge!! Nev and Dawn were especially friendly and super helpful! Dawn helped me find the two tool chests I was looking for and was able to get it down with a forklift very fast and efficiently. Nev at the customer support desk helped me check out and put it on will call to pick up later with a truck. The process was very smooth and enjoyable! The store itself also had great sales and clearance items! I had to go in and out 3 times to load up my car and go back in to make more purchases! Def one of my fave Home Depot locations!”

We had two of our bathrooms completely renovated and they brought my dream bathroom to life. They are professional and pays attention to details and are very knowledgeable and gave us valuable advice. We also like all the other contractors- plumber, electrician they brought in to work in the project. Their pricing is fair and reasonable and they work fast and doesn’t drag the project. “I don't normally review companies, but I felt the need to review Homeclick. I was a little worried to order from Homeclick after reading some of the previous reviews, but everything went smoothly and items arrived on time. My building has strict delivery rules and Spencer in customer service was very helpful on providing me with my specific needs. They provided my building management with all the required insurance information and my furniture was delivered to my apartment with no issues. I'm guessing the other reviewers were just unlucky or maybe didn't do something right because I'm currently batting a thousand with 5 out of 5 different orders delivered perfectly within the time frame they said they would.”

“Generally my preferred location for home improvement, typically a good consistent experience. Sometimes an employee or 2 is rude. But typically most employees are nice. The manager makes spanish announcements play on the intercom which is very annoying!”
“Michael and Marcelo went above and beyond today in getting sheet rock in the back of the truck. They took their time and had so much patience with me as I struggled with ratcheting the 10 footers. They wouldn’t let me leave until it was fully secure and I appreciated all their support. I truly hope Lowe’s celebrates their employees who go above and beyond!!!”

“My elderly mom and I were looking for flooring on a Tuesday night. Unlike the forest Ave location, none of the tiles were on display and worse there was not one person to help us except for one guy who was clearly busy loading items and operating a forklift. In my desperation I bothered him and he was nice enough To stop what he was doing. He also couldn't find what we're looking for but when others who would just say " We're out" he asked for a sku number. Turns out they had it but it was in a palette all the way to top. He grabbed his forklift and brought it down for us. Best of all, the item was discontinued and on clearance. Another lady came to help . They were both very nice. Ron and Lizette, you have restored my faith in what good customer service should be. Many workers and store managers have forgotten what that is”
