“Anthony and his team went above and beyond. I rented a full size SUV to pick my kids and their four oversized duffles up from camp. The morning I was supposed to pick up the car I received a call that it had come in damaged. They asked if I needed seating or trunk space and I told them the later. They found a large luxury suv that happened to be available despite everyone moving their kids to college that had just enough space. Shortly after they closed for the day, we noticed an issue with the car. We didn't think much of it ourselves, but figured we should mention it so it could be addressed before the next renter. When I brought it up, Omar immediately recognized how serious it actually was and thanked me for flagging it. I told him he didn't need to do anything to our account, since we'd already used the car without incident, but he insisted on making things right anyway. That kind of integrity says a lot. We've had consistently good experiences with Enterprise at other locations too, and this one was no exception — Omar in particular was attentive, responsive, and clearly cared that we left satisfied.”
“I had a great experience returning my rental car. I was in a stressful situation because I only had about 20 minutes to get to the collision shop before it closed. Even though the rental office was extremely busy, the manager (Kendall) was incredibly kind and made sure one of the employees (Chris) helped me check out right away.
I was then told there were no drivers available to take me to the collision shop, and I was worried I wouldn't make it in time. The employee who checked in my car went above and beyond by personally driving me there so I could pick up my vehicle before they closed.

“This is an extremely dependable Avis/Budget location. The operator, Lenny, and his team are extremely hands-on. My cars are always ready, clean, and ready to go. In any situation where I had concerns about my vehicle, they were always addressed and often times I received a different vehicle for greater peace of mind. There are other Avis locations closer to me, but I trust them and go out of my way so I know I will have a great experience. This is the difference when it comes to independently run, local shops.
Also, if I can make a comment about others' posts about discourteous customer service, everyone has a right to their opinion (except keep the unkind personal comments to yourself). It is a very active location and there are cars coming in and out regularly. A parking lot full of cars does not automatically mean they are available, as they could be reserved already. That's not on Lenny and his team. And they cannot control the condition of the cars when they are returned, which means they will not put an unsafe or unsatisfactory vehicle back into circulation (like so often happens at corporate, airport locations). I want to deal with an operator like that. I would always choose to deal with a straight shooter vs someone trying to manage me, but that's just me.”
