I occasionaly open new bank accounts for reward cash. In most cases, I close those account immediately after the reward deal is done. Wells Fargo on the 202 make it all different. After I visited here for a notery service, I decide I will never close my Wells Fargo account. This branch has created great value and conviniences for our family. Great branch!”

I have been going through some really tough times in my life, and in a world where it feels like people working in customer service kind of just want to rush you out the door, or benefit themselves in some way, Roberta is the polar opposite of the norm because she is patient, kind, helpful, soulful and supportive. She acted as a friend to me who had my best interest at heart and helped me get out of an extremely sticky situation. She is so sweet and knows what “getting more bees with honey” means, she lives it, she is just phenomenal at her job and a light to the world! I just want to give her all the thanks for her patience in guiding me out of a very dark place financially and honestly even emotionally, because when I left the branch I felt lighter and like everything was going to be okay. “This was the branch that I opened my first account with Valley and people like Adrain is why I have stayed for so long. I have move and not gone to that branch for a few years now, but that doesn't stop Adrain from giving exemplary costumer service. He call me just the other day to inform me that there was a problem with my account that he noticed. Not only was I surprised to about the problem, I was equally surprised to hear from Adrain. Within minutes the problem was fixed and my mortgage was paid on time. I cant tell you how grateful I am for his competency and attention to detail. “I drove from out if state to make a purchase. I had a very complex and time consuming task. Went into this bank and dealt with Denny. Not only did he simplify the process but was super friendly throughout. I felt like I was a frustrating customer but Denny didn't waiver on his commitment or attitude in helping me out. “The employees at this Bernardsville PNC Branch are outstanding in the service they provide. The Bank Tellers are friendly, and knowledgeable. I have been assisted by a number of their officers, most recently Anthony and Matthew. Anthony expedited documents I needed for our recent closing on the sale of my home. Yesterday, Matthew helped me with my online accounts and provided me with the information and checks that I needed.
