“Friendly and welcoming branch; always greeted when you walk in, doesn't matter if you are a customer or not!You do not have to wait on line and then stand on the other side of a tall counter like most banks, instead you are welcomed to a private area where you get to sit comfortably in a chair by the representative.The manager is always available to the customer; it is like the bank relationship of years ago, they get to know the customer - to cultivate a personal and warm experience.”

Figured I’d try this branch. I walked in and Daniel greeted me with a smile and courtesy, and was extremely knowledgeable. He was able to do exactly what I needed with no issues. Thank you!”
“Since I live close by, I have frequented this branch quite often over the past 20+ years I've lived in the area. I've always found the ever changing staff to be uniformly very kind, friendly and accommodating to the fullest extent that a branch office of large bank of this kind can be. I've dealt with all points of contact, drive in and walk in tellers up through management level; the service and attitude of staff is exemplary. Being in the retail sector for my entire professional life, I've expeienced plenty of harrowing retail ‘service' (or lack therof). I've never seen anyone treat others in any way other than with kindness , helpfulness and friendliness, I'm writing to offset what seem a few sketchy remarks that lack specifics that, once again I've never seen in over two decades of regular visits to PNC Mahwah branch.”
“We've been very happy with this location. Every teller is extremely friendly and professional. Mary is just a sweet heart! They just did a remodel of the inside and it looks clean and updated. Other than not having a live body at the drive thru (they replaced that with an ATM), you won't be disappointed banking here.”

“You rarely see a Wells Fargo branch with over four stars, and this one truly deserves it. I was visiting the NJ, NY, and CT area and stopped by for a cash transaction. Ann and Laura were very kind and professional. Despite the complicated identity verification process, everything was completed within about two hours, including the time I spent doing the counting and paperwork in a private room. Highly recommend this branch whether you are local or visiting. They treat customers like family. Five stars!”
