“Went in to Verizon today on the recommendation from a friend, my phone was glitching and not holding a charge, Dan helped me get a new phone, explained everything I needed to know, he was very patient as I’m not technically savvy!! I usually dread buying a new phone but Dan made it quick and easy! While I was there Kareem the manager helped several other people who had an array of issues and what I witnessed was a complete patient gentleman dealing with older people!!! I will never deal with any other Verizon Store again!! They have me as a lifelong customer!! Thank you!!!”
“Annie, at the Neptune Corlies Ave/Route 33 office was superb!! Her patience with me and my cell phone that had been dropped numerous times was excellent!! It was a headache for her but she kept trying to get info from my cell, for the new cell that I was purchasing, as my old cell was wacky and quickly shutting down!! She saved my day!!! “Upgrading your phone can be stressful. However at this AT&T location we felt at ease. The technician that set the account up sold us the phone, excellent. Our phone had to be ordered so we had to go back when we had new phone for setup and again the greeting from the technician was excellent. They explained everything about contract fully answered all questions until we understood about our contract. Keep up the excellent customer service ?”

“Above and beyond service!!! I had to rush over to get my friends phone fixed in such a short time before leaving the city. They rushed everything to make sure it would be done within the hour or so. Even though they didn't have the part needed they drove over to get it so it would be done in time. Highly friendly and respectful people. Highly recommend going here to get your phone fixed.”

“We finally got around to buying new phones. Decided to try Consumer Cellular switching out of ATT. We ordered the new phones on Cellular's website. Our new S23 phones arrived in only a couple of days.We went down to the Ocean, NJ store that has dedicated cell phone department. A very nice young gal, named Omarian, helped us with the transfer from old to new phones. She had to download an app to our old phones to do the switch. No problem and she had transferred everything from both phones in about an hour, maybe a little more but the process was very smooth and we are completely happy. Everything, including passwords, contacts & apps were transferred and honestly, we've had no issues. This young gal had the patience of a saint bc we were really nervous about getting new phones and transferring everything. What she didnt know, she called CC to get more info. Everything went without a hitch and we would definitely recommend using Target to buy a new phone.”

“This Walmart is massive. It could be just me, but I felt like this store was set up differently from many of the other Walmarts I've been to. The aisle is very spacious. Two individuals can wall pass each other and not even touch. They were also very organized for being a superstore. In addition, they also had so many items that I have never seen at my Walmart. I will have to visit again when I have more time to walk the entire store. Bonus all the staff were so nice and helpful”

“Received a warranty replacement for a Motorola Android phone.
Since the unit being replaced had a damaged charging port, it was a bit more complicated transferring files to the rebuilt replacement phone.
Jawahn Banks did all the work for me, setting up the replacement phone and transferring all my files over. He saved me hours of time and frustration and I'm so grateful for his help.
The only thing left for me to do was to mail the old phone back to Asurion.”
