“There are no words to express how grateful I am that I walked in and met Paul. My daughter was in the hospital and needed a new phone, and Paul went above and beyond to help us. He sat on FaceTime with her, helped save everything from her old broken phone, and transferred it all onto the new one right there in the store. All I had to do was hand my daughter a brand-new phone with everything she needed already on it. During an already difficult time, a different Verizon store told me they could not help me, then Paul made things so much easier for me. His kindness and willingness to go the extra mile meant more than even HE knows. I am truly grateful. However, sorry Paul. GO GIANTS!! =]”

“Can’t make it up. Didn’t take Russell’s advice at the first AT&T store to set my new phone up there with him. Lo and behold I ended up with two phones on SOS. Just 10 minutes earlier I’m cursing technology now desperately needing it for the navi as I am new to NJ to find the store I went to. That didn’t happen. I ended up driving around to find the store and ended up at 1882 Hooper Ave. It was busy. The manager, Dominique “Nikki” Laluz greeted me with great energy and asked how she can help and said she would be right with me. She took her time with the two customers as she did with me and handled it all gracefully, smile on her face, and checked in on those waiting. She had my issue corrected in less than five minutes and recommended I stay in the store for 20/25 minutes to make sure all went smoothly. I grabbed a salad next store. Definitely trusted her leaving my phones. Absolutely wonderful experience. Highly recommend Nikki!”

“I have to acknowledge a special Verizon rep named Jared! This guy saw my wife and I walk in and immediately offered assistance ! Jared was with us from beginning to end on our upgrade purchase ! He didn’t let us leave until we were completely satisfied with our new iPhone. I can’t praise him enough for how much we appreciate all that he did for us ! Many of the staff there are amazing but Jared was who we dealt with ! Verizon needs to offer this guy a promotion . He deserves high accolades for how well he promotes and represents Verizon. “I visited the ATT store on Rte 34 in Manasquan. Samuel was the only employee working and despite several people in the store trying to get service restored on an apparent ATT problem, he was patient and treated each client with respect and concern.
My phone was not affected with the problem, rather I was looking for information on how to upgrade my old iPad with the newest download. Unfortunately, it was too old, but Samuel helped me choose a new iPad, and even suggested I switch my internet to ATT and TV carrier to save money on my monthly bill. He has also spent a lot of time with me helping me understand my new purchases, while trying to resolve the issues of 2 other clients. He is definitely good at multitasking and keeping the clients in a good mood! It was a pleasure working with him and watching him interact with others.
