“I had such an amazing experience here that I had to leave a review.
I originally came in because my Canon PowerShot had water damage, and I was honestly expecting a stressful or disappointing situation but it turned into the complete opposite. Jeff, Jon, and the entire staff were beyond helpful, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in.
Instead of just brushing me off or pushing a quick fix, they took the time to really understand what I needed. I ended up upgrading to a much better camera at a very fair price, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. What really stood out to me was how much care they put into making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. They walked me through all the features, answered every single question, and even let me take my time playing around with the camera to make sure it was the right fit.
My friend Kait and I were there for a while, and it honestly didn’t even feel like a transaction it felt like just hanging out and talking. That kind of genuine, welcoming energy is so rare to find.
If you need help with anything camera-related, this is the place to go. You won’t just get great service you’ll get people who truly care and go above and beyond to make sure you leave happy.

They usually give me advice on packaging, weights and dimensions and which services offer the best value. They also have faxing and copying services, which I have used instead of destroying my printer. The shop is very cozy and welcoming and they also sell nice cards that I do not see in stores. Overall, I recommend their services :)”

“This is an excellent, locally owned, store that provides great service! We had a lot of shredding and they were quick to offer a cart to collect it from the car. Held the door and assisted where needed. They accepted a coupon and wrote on another that would have been expired that they would accept it again. If you have any needs that the UPS store handles, this is the location to go. Thank you very much.”

“We are so appreciative of Dogwig and the amazing job they did! We weren't sure what type of design we wanted for our shirts other than a retro feel. Well they took that and ran with it! We are so happy with how our shirts came out, both design wise and quality. They are extremely reasonable with their pricing, super helpful with finding the right garments, and just overall great people. We will be ordering more from them very quickly as we originally ordered mostly just for our team, but so many people have complimented the merch we know we need to get more!”
