The gentleman that works here makes me want to be more customer friendly at my own job - that’s how great he is! If you worked here, you could never be mad his energy is so infectious! I originally came in because my Canon PowerShot had water damage, and I was honestly expecting a stressful or disappointing situation but it turned into the complete opposite. Jeff, Jon, and the entire staff were beyond helpful, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in.
Instead of just brushing me off or pushing a quick fix, they took the time to really understand what I needed. I ended up upgrading to a much better camera at a very fair price, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. What really stood out to me was how much care they put into making sure I was comfortable with my purchase. They walked me through all the features, answered every single question, and even let me take my time playing around with the camera to make sure it was the right fit.
My friend Kait and I were there for a while, and it honestly didn’t even feel like a transaction it felt like just hanging out and talking. That kind of genuine, welcoming energy is so rare to find.

David is great at multitasking and keeping the line moving while staying friendly and patient with everyone. He’s always in great spirits, super helpful, and makes sure everything is done right. Today I had a bunch of boxes to ship, and both T and David went above and beyond to help me get everything organized and shipped out quickly. Even with a rush of customers, they handled it all effortlessly and treated everyone with kindness and respect.
You can tell they both take pride in what they do and really care about providing great service. This is hands down the best UPS Store I’ve been to - and the only one I go to too even if it’s out of the way.”
