I originally came in because my Canon PowerShot had water damage, and I was honestly expecting a stressful or disappointing situation but it turned into the complete opposite. Jeff, Jon, and the entire staff were beyond helpful, patient, and genuinely kind from the moment I walked in.
Instead of just brushing me off or pushing a quick fix, they took the time to really understand what I needed. I ended up upgrading to a much better camera at a very fair price, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
