“Very friendly and community oriented. I gave only 4 stars because the times posted on line here are incorrect and this is the 3rd time I've gone to get service at the drive up window and it was closed. Your drive up window closes at 1PM on Saturday!!! Why is it STILL listed as 2 PM??? Please fix this. Time on a Saturday is precious.”

I have problems with my eyes and she took the time to explain and go over everything. People are always so quick to complain when something is done wrong. But, i want to acknowledge this young lady that went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Her professionalism made me want to come back and open an account. “My BF had a check from Wells Fargo. However, she was in a rehabilitation facility & needed to cash the check. The Wells Fargo on White Horse Pike always gives her a hard time. She is in there for 40 minutes all the time. Frustrating!! And she has 2 open accounts w/them.She had approval for me to take her to the bank. She broke her hip & femur. We needed a drive-thru, but at this location, it was closed.I pulled my car onto their sidewalk right in front of the entrance doors and went inside for a wheelchair, no go. This woman came right up to me, and I explained our dilemma. Her name IS SORYMAK. Very compassionate & so nice. She came out to my car & said, I understand." I'll help you. She asked me to pull up the car a little bit. She comes out in 5 minutes cash in hand. She made the transaction for us & we never left the car.We were shocked. Stress-free. She was wonderful.
