“I'd previously worked with Annice Mac back in 2021 to refinance a house that I inherited from a deceased family member. It was a messy, complicated satiation that required a lot of patience and extra steps to pull off, but the reps I was working with at the Severn MD office were excellent. Fast forward to 2023. I lost track of my closing documents from the refinancing and I needed to find out where I could get a copy. Me knowing nothing about this, I called up the guys I'd worked with before, but was met with no response for two weeks.
