“I'm into my eighth decade on this rock and have thus been to dozens of auto repair shops with various vehicles. Top Line Auto Care takes me back to when auto repair garages and mechanics were EXACTLY that. No fancy bells and whistles, just a good shop with competent staff and mechanics. Having a desk clerk handle the non-wrench part of the business is a big plus, for the boss and us customers.
This was my first visit to Top Line after being recommended by a friend who had an engine replaced. I brought my daughter's car in for diagnosis of an issue and appraisal of what to do with it. They even squeezed it in just ahead of going on vaycay! The car was inspected, the problem found, repair process explained and price quoted. I green-lighted the work and later that day it was fixed good as new at the bottom line I was quoted. How often does THAT happen today??
To quote a movie robot, I'll be back! We have three cars needing care and I like this place and the professional attitude and work. I will recommend Top Line to anyone.”

“It was a great experience except I went there with my windshield washer fluid all inside and not bothered. When I pulled out the light was on which was odd. I drove around the corner and asked if they forgot to put the windshield washer fluid in. The guy comes out and says I forgot to tell you it’s all pouring out. Wires thing is there was no light on and I was cleaning the dirt and debris off of the windshield before I got there using it. I didn’t like that at all. I watched him place the fluid in as I was standing up watching and moving around. While the guy was working downstairs. It wasn’t until the end of the oil change when he took the under engine cover down to assist the guy in placing it back on that he ran upstairs and started putting more fluid in. He and the guy below began to speak Spanish to one another and I paid and said thanks. So somewhere along the way they either hit or punctured the line and now I have to pay to fix it. Not happy and I am placing a claim.”
“Came in for an oil change on an Enterprise rental van. There was a mix-up with fleet verification, and Enterprise wouldn’t reimburse me. When I brought it up, the service advisor stepped up and took care of it on their end without giving me a hard time.
That level of accountability and customer service goes a long way. They didn’t have to handle it the way they did, but they chose to make it right. I appreciate that. I’ll definitely be back.”

“Fantastic service! My mom brought her Mercedes in for a wheel and tire change, and the team took care of everything with real professionalism. They mounted the new tire, installed it, removed the donut, and even disposed of the old parts — all for a very reasonable price. What really impressed us was the extra care they showed by cleaning the other three wheels so that the entire set looked flawless. Great attention to detail! Excellent customer service — highly recommend!”
“I can't speak on their work because they don't work on the specific problem I had. However, what I can speak to is how honest they are, and how quick and easy it was to get to the bottom of things. And if anyone feels concerned about trusting mechanics, which is common, they understand how important it is to be able to feel comfortable with them, and to feel like the experience was easy and to the point. They weren't able to help with this, but they gave me good reason to go back for other services they do handle, and I already sent my girlfriend to them, and her experience was just as good.”
“I had a very nice experience with the two gentlemen that helped take care of my oil change, it was quick and I didn't have to wait long. They were very upfront and honest about the state of my car and told me there were some things I needed to do and look out for. Ex. Air filter, oil leak or burns off..
I also used the Xtreme Clean car wash following the oil change and they too were great, highly recommend coming here.
